Angie, the assistant manager, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful as she promised when I initially visited the store a month ago. Today I returned to purchase exact what we discussed. She personally shopped and made sure I had the best quality and the best price available to me. I’m so grateful for her help and can’t wait to continue building my fine jewelry collection with Reed’s.

Really enjoyed our experience at Reeds today. Both Wally & the female sales associate I worked with (unfortunately didn’t catch her name) provided exceptional service. They were both personable, knowledgeable & patient. Wally warmly greeted us & assisted me with getting my watch to fit correctly. My husband bought a watch a few months ago and also had a fantastic experience at this store. The female sales associate assisted me with looking at some jewelry options I was considering and she was helpful, kind & and an overall pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

My finance and I have had a phenomenal experience with reeds and Wally. We ordered our wedding bands with them and it was a smooth experience. Wally even fixed an issue with my engagement ring that I purchased elsewhere for me within a few hours. They are just so kind and the jeweler is too notch. I would recommend them to anyone for your jewelry needs!

We initially came to Reeds for our wedding bands after having a less than desirable experience with the jeweler I bought my fiancés engagement ring from. However, after meeting Wally and his team we knew we made a mistake by shopping somewhere other than Reeds. Everyone has been incredibly kind, personable, and show a genuine care for every detail. They have earned our business for life and we couldn’t be happier with our rings. They even fixed two issues, on the fly, 3 days before our wedding. They’re incredible and you’re making a mistake if you shop anywhere else. 10 stars every time!

i was here to claim a damage with my omega wristband (james bond edition - titanium). they told me it is my problem and i can buy a new wristband or they can send it to omega to my costs! the guarantee is just for the watch and not for the wristband. totally wrong - omega store in charlotte was very helpful and clarified everything for me. omega store in new york explained to me, the issue which i had was a known design issue and there should be no discussion especially if the watch was produced in the timeframe before the design correction! therefore, i will never come back and i will purchase no watch at this store - they are just not qualified enough.
