Customer service here was terrible. Went to cash in lottery tickets, $140 worth to be exact, and the cashier scanned them all and told me she could only give me $100 cash and the rest would need to be used on more tickets. I don’t normally play the lottery and wasn’t aware of this weird rule (even though the back of the ticket says up to $500 is redeemable at ANY SCEL retailer). I asked for the $100 and my un-redeemed tickets back but was denied and was told they couldn’t be reimbursed. So instead of getting my actual $140, I was forced to buy the difference in tickets and what do you know? The tickets were losers. Worst part is the cashier didn’t seem to care at all and was actually smiling and laughing. Worst excuse of a person. There should be a sign up that states only $100 can be redeemed. It’s funny how they have no problem taking over $100 from you but can’t seem to cough up more than that when they are asked. This happened June 1st at approx 10:30

Their pizza is the best. Their staff is nice. The food and the coffee are also good. Again their pizza is awesome.

Quiktrip is my favorite gas station. The restrooms are always clean and they offer paper towels and a squeegee to clean your windshield off. The store offers a variety of foods and snacks. The service is always quick. They have a variety of cold drinks and ice. QT has enough pumps so that the weight for gas is brief. The pumps move quickly.

Awesome products including fresh fruit, energy drinks, meds, and yummy nibbles
SUPER CLEAN bathrooms
Easy access location from both Old Boiling Springs road and Pelham Road with lots of parking at the door on all three sides AND out on the perimeter - PLENTY of green space and places to stretch your legs (and walk your pups > see Grace Church right behind). Also urgent care medical right next door
Law Enforcement hangs out here so you KNOW nothing untoward is going to happen here

Just as great as all Quick Trips are. Great staff and great facilities. The restrooms are the best of any gas station you’ll ever find anywhere in the world. Well lit parking lot that feels safe even at night . The cashiers are fast and friendly. They have amazing food for a gas station. Most gas stations have the sketchy food that will make you sick. But not QT. They have a large selection and even have doughnuts and pastries that are delivered fresh daily. The have competitive gas prices and products. Everything is always well stocked and easy to find. The stores are all pretty much identical so if you have been in one you know the layout pretty much. They have free air for your tires which is so great. They have security cameras that can see the whole grounds so you definitely feel safe there.

I had a flat tire while I was in the area and stop by QT to try to get everything situated. My tools wasn’t working out and everybody was just driving past me waving . Cade the manager came out and check on me to see if I need anything. I eventually figured it out, but just by him checking on me makes QT better than the rest of the gas stations. Give that man a raise!

I totally love this QT store! It is my very favorite store of all that I have visited and that has been many! It is always clean, the employee kind and professional! The lines are fast moving too! If you ever encounter a problem there, they are quick to take care of it and always with a smile on their faces. Cade does an excellent job as manager and I think the success of this store can be credited to him!!!!!
