If I could give Quest Diagnostics ZERO stars I would. Worst lab experience ever! There is no way to talk to the human being once you arrive. The offices are dirty, and the staff is EXTREMELY rude!

There are a lot of negative reviews here, but I have been to this Quest location several times and always had a quick, positive experience. Today I arrived at 8:55 for a 9:00 appointment, was called back immediately and left the office at 9:03. The technician was kind, gentle and very proficient. I realize not everyone has an ideal experience, but I would encourage folks to make an appointment, follow all instructions carefully and not be surprised if everything goes very well!

If you can I urge you to avoid this place at all cost. This is the most out dated blood work clinic I've ever seen. Old computers and systems from 2001. My appointment was at 2:20 and I didn't get seen until 2:48 then they couldn't find me in the system even though I did everything online. Minutes to find me because the computers are slow and it was through fax. We live in 2023 and people are still using fax, that's horrible. I ended up leaving at 3:03 not because they actually did the blood work but because it was taking far too long. If you can go anywhere else go there but do not go here. Honestly I'm surprised this place is even still open

Very inefficient. Even with an appointment you still have to wait forever to get tested. Go somewhere else if you can. Don't waste your time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My last visit, I waited 45 minutes while they figured out how to do ye ordered tests. One was a 24 hour urine test.I was told I didn't need an appointment to drop off the collected urine which needs to be kept cold. I returned this morning to drop off my urine and have now been in the waiting room for 45 minutes because I don't have an appointment.Don't use Quest Diagnostics! This place is awful.

Most inefficient office for diagnostics that I've ever been in. No office staff. Automation works half the time. Two techs but taking patients 1 at a time, instead of 2. We were told a 30-60 minute wait. Been here 1 hour & 30 minutes. Still waiting. Couldn't book an appointment via online. Tech issues abound here. Bathroom has no sink, soap, or sanitizer. Ugh. Does that sound clean to anyone? Gville Health Department, where are y'all? This place needs an inspection. This is why I prefer LabCorp! And it's where I will be going.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Cussing and gossiping about other people in the waiting room. Long wait times and just a terrible overall experience. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to have labs done.

The girl working here last Friday was great.. very friendly quick and easy testing answered all questions fully even tho she was very busy and by herself from what I could tell..

Appointments are very hard to get and almost impossible to get the same day. They only take one or two people every 15-30 minutes. If you are a walk-in you will wait HOURS to get your test done if you can wait that long. LabCor is much faster. Once I get this round of blood work, I will refuse to come here again. The staff is fairly rude to walk-in patients. It is like we are an inconvenience to them. I will say that when I have gotten my blood drawn by the tech doing the blood draw they have been nice. It is just getting to that point.

The kiosk did not recognize my appointment, but the lady behind the window got me in very quickly. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Horrible!!! Waited 55 mins for an appointment. No one comes out to give you an update so I walked into the back. Was not given any answers just an excuse that the air conditioning wasn’t working. Not sure what that had to do with my appointment. Lots of people waiting. They took walk ins before they took appointments. Unacceptable. I was still waiting when I walked out. This is not my first terrible experience with this place.

2nd time using them.Seems to be lots of negative reviews here but,if you have an appointment they are very friendly and efficient. Shout out to Lois who was very good at her job. Only thing I might complain about is how tight the blood pressure sleeve was. Caught me off guard/never had it get that tight..Plan to use them again next year.

I've been waiting an hour and a half. There are 9 people in the waiting room. One staff member is attempting to service everyone but can't get even to those who made appointments. I tried to drop off my specimen and come back tomorrow but there's no one to accept it.

Only a kiosk and no one to help you or answer any questions. Staff is very rude and unhappy. Even with appointment you will wait forever.
