We love going to a Cooking Class over at the Life Center. It's the Doctor's at the Clinic that does the Cooking.

Absolutely ? hands down one of the best gyms in Greenville and Prisma has so many amazing programs and classes and rehab offered at this location. I would give it 10 stars ? if I could!

For weightlifting it just doesn’t have enough equipment for how busy it is. Other areas of the gym may not be as bad. But if you are only interested in weightlifting then this isn’t ideal

I take the water fitness classes whenever available to me as a working person. I wish they'd bring back the Wednesday 6:00 pm class. Another weekend class would be nice, too.
The ladies' locker room and showers need a major update. Some shower stalls have mold.

Very clean, great equipment and staff is willing to help. Nice locker room and showers. There is a nice indoor track and outdoor trail. It is a little dim in the facility. I wish there were multiple locations.
