I went there with my friend. Because I don't speak English well, I needed help from my friend. The handsome man with a big beard at the front desk received me very warmly. It cost $69 and it took less than 20 minutes to change the oil. I was very satisfied and happy.

I came in around 3pm yesterday and the younger guy that was in there listened to me panic about my husband’s car and fixed the issue! Thank you so much for helping with that oil pressure light!

This place is amazing, Jaiden and Jason helped me out when I really needed someone to just look at my car and help me out. Any of the other places I called were asking for like 100 and something dollars just to look at an intake manifold crack and tell me if it was urgent?. Please try this place out, they’re really nice!!

I would have given them 0 stars but that’s not an option. The (workers ) there are good but the manager sucks as we were entering the parking lot from the rear which is how the gps brought us to them he apparently ran out the back of the building and was yelling ( not politely explaining) to my fiance that she was apparently speeding ( but she was following me into the parking lot and we might have been going 5-6 mph. So then he proceeded to come to the front of the building to yell at me as well . This was for service on 2 of my 6 cars . I will never use the woodruff rd location again for anything.and I promise if he was to yell at me again he would need the phone to call the cops and an ambulance just in case . Hope that you guys can take care of this BIG problem as I have used precision tune for like 15 years to service my cars .

Everyone on the team is so easy to work with! The dealership told me I had an oil leak, but the Precision team was able to determine there was not one. It saved me a lot of money and a big headache with insurance! Will definitely be coming back in the future for services!

Jason and the crew did a phenomenal job on my oil change. In an out, very quickly. Best of all every time I come into the shop Jason remembers my name. Even when I call he recognizes my voice. Keep it up guys. I’ve been recommending you all to my friends and family.

I haven’t personally had any car work done here but my father has and has never had a good experience. Though I haven’t had work done here I had a terrible interaction with one of the employees. I was minding my own business eating at the Waffle House across the parking lot. Apparently I parked in one of the employees of this shops parking spots. I wasn’t aware that parking spaces had people’s names on them. I came out to leave waffle house and my car was blocked in by a this employees car. He came storming out cussing at me and yelling at me that I was in HIS parking spot. Again, didn’t realize he owned certain spots in that lot. Definitely wouldn’t bring my business here after being treated so terribly for simply parking. 0/5 stars.

Excellent customer service!!! They went above and beyond to help me. Went in for oil change. Good price!! I had several codes showing on my dashboard. Jason offered to check them for me for free. He explained what they all meant and erased them for me. Extremely friendly and helpful!!! My allergies had been bothering me and something really set them off in the office. I asked if I could sit outside while I waited. He escorted me outside, carrying a chair for me to sit in.
Highly recommend this place!!!

I've been going to Precision since I was a teen because that's where my Dad always goes. Their prices are good and dont take advantage of you like others do. They identify the problem FAST and tell you only what you actually need and the price beforehand. Jason the manager went out of his way to get me on the road when my car broke down on the side of the road! He fixed it enough to drive and followed me to Precision where the parts could be replaced and I was out the door on my way to work within 30 minutes! He even slipped out to the store to get me some burn cream where I burnt my hand badly when my car had been on fire. They are very knowledgeable about cars and always solve my issues! I will always only to take my vehicles to them!

The best shop in South carolina customer service is on point, and the techs are ase certified with knowledge. Oil prices are perfect, and a very friendly clean shop definitely recommend going!!

This place did a fantastic job! Jason really helped us out. Initially, we thought we had catalytic converter issues due to rotten egg smell. We went to carmax and they told to come in and they would take our car in, took us 35 minutes to get there and when we got there they tell us they are booked 2 weeks out and give a sticky note with website and tell us to somewhere else. Luckily, we found a great place (here) that took us seriously. It actually ended up being a serious battery issue, where if we had waited one more day, it would have exploded. I'm so grateful we found a place that cares about their customers. This will be the place we bring all our cars to. I highly recommend this place, and Jason exceeds expectations!
