This place is a joke. Do not buy anything from this company. We bought a brand new buffet. When it was delivered it looked like it had been ran over by a tractor trailer. This was in January, I have spoken and or spoke to 5 different customer service agents. Still no refund. We have everything documented with pics. Will post after we are done speaking with our attorney.

We have been very disappointed with the sincerity of the sales team here. We probably spent $6000 there. They just don't seem to care about making you feel welcome or valued..

Pottery Ban lost its quality. we got a school bookbag with a lunch box, both worn out after 2-3 months. We just spent $$ for a piece of junk.

This was the WORST experience I have had shopping in a very long time. The staff at the register were nasty and acted like they were gods gift to earth. We ask if they would be able to look up our pottery barn card and she responded “ I mean if you buy something” and then proceeded to talk to my mother in the most demeaning way when we asked if they would look for more inventory that was not on the floor. That small interaction lost the store an easily $200 sale. Good luck keeping this business afloat with employees who treat customers like trash.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Pottery Barn quality has gone in the toilet, what they have in store is not what you will receive when you order. Customer service is basically non-existent and trying to speak to someone gets you the non-stop run around. Again, you will get better quality at any furniture store or even Wayfair for that matter. Whatever Pottery Barn used to be, they aren't anymore.

My husband and I have bought many items from the Pottery Barn store located in the Haywood mall. Some of those items were bought online and then shipped to the Haywood store. Every encounter we have had with the staff has been unpleasant. Isaac is the exception. He has been great, but if he isn’t there then I would not bother. If you are looking for kind and helpful workers, look elsewhere. They are pretentious and act as if the customer is a burden. We will not be buying anything else from the Greenville Pottery Barn.

We have purchased multiple pieces from other Pottery Barns and have never had as much miscommunication and poor quality as we have experienced with the Greenville Pottery Barn. We placed a large order with this company. Of course we must pay up front for ALL of the items, whether we have received them or not. They do not credit returns like most other retailers. There is a waiting period before they will issue a credit. Further the staff that we are dealing with have not been helpful with design changes and have snubbed us. We are disappointed because our last experience was terrific. There are other furniture retailers who would be happy to have your business. Think before you shop here.

Nice to see this is still in the mall. It would be great if they had the space to show more products, but they are limited. Still nice that they have a footprint here. I did here that they may be moving out..... If they do, I hope they stay close to Haywood Mall.

I hate to give a bad review; however, I think it's important for people to be aware of the issue I have with Pottery Barn. We bought a nice bed frame back in 2019 and had it delivered and set up by Pottery Barn. I am now in the process of moving and needed to take the bed apart to move it. The Pottery Barn installers put the screws in so tight with their drills that 19 of the screw heads broke off. I contacted PB hoping they would offer some assistance, but they refused because of how long it's been since purchase. I completely understand that, but this is big deal that we couldn't have known about until time to move the bed. I had to wiggle the bed slats off the screws and will now have to put wood filler in those holes. However, I still can't get the screws out, I've tried pliers and vice grips to turn the screws and they will not budge. I tried to pull one out as you would a nail and it simply broke off in the side rail. Now I am stuck with a very expensive bed that I can't use. I'm not sure what to do at this point, but hopefully others and learn from our experience.

This location has the best asset of the entire company - Isaac Laming.Isaac is one of the best people we have ever encountered. He made sure we had a great experience and is a very tasteful designer - giving us many ideas we had never considered.We will continue to do business with Isaac for as long as he is available.
