I recently had my wife's 2018 Porsche Macan serviced, and had a very frustrating experience with the service department.The 'service now' light came on in the vehicle last week, Since 2022, I performed the '4 year interval' large service, front and rear brakes, 4 tires and alignment with Porsche of Greenville. Safe to say, we spent upwards of $5000 on servicing this vehicle in the last 2 visits alone. It has 40k miles. This visit I was expecting something of a cheaper service. I was quoted somewhere in the ballpark of $1300 to do the 'intermediate service' that the maintenance manual recommends. I declined portions of this service like the exchange of brake fluid, as I actually read the maintenance manual and it lists that as an 'additional service' not part of the intermediate service, as well as not replacing the wipers or cabin filter as I had done those myself, but to go ahead with the rest of the service. Total cost, out the door (for an oil change and multipoint inspection, essentially) was $330. Not terrible for a luxury vehicle, I admit. When I get in the car, the 'service due now' light is still on. I go back inside and tell the service advisor about it, and I am informed that 'the oil service reminder was reset, but because you didn't do the whole 'intermediate service' (for $1300, remind you) they are unable to reset the light, despite the fact that most of it had been done already and wasn't necessary.This was the most petty thing I have experienced at a dealer. "Because you chose only to do the necessary parts of the service with us, only spending $330 for an oil change and multipoint inspection, not spending the entire $1300 like we want you to, we are not going to reset this light. Seriously? Grow up.I would rather take my vehicle to Charlotte or Atlanta than to spend another dime at this dealer, and I would discourage anyone else from doing so either if this is how they treat customers that don't blindly open their wallet.Don't bother reaching out to me, Porsche of Greenville. I gave your service advisor the opportunity to remedy this and he failed.

I was charged for new carpet and assured that the top retracted flush with the body of the car. I was charged close to $2,000.00 for this work that never occurred. I called to complain and stopped by to show service manager, and i was promised that it would be fixed. However, as of now, no one has contacted me on this matter.

Paid $175 dollars to have a key programmed to my car. Waited 2 hours. Was told the key can’t be programmed and that I owed $175 still. So spent $175 and left the dealer in no better shape than when I came in. A great way to keep customers away. Very disappointed with my experience and will be bringing my service needs somewhere else.

My Cayenne was making a loud noise after cutting it off and while parked. Steve and his team took care of the issue quickly and effortlessly. They are always very professional and courteous.

Work was completed in a timely manner and the tecs were very helpful explaining the issue. Communication was great while the vehicle was being serviced. Vehicle was return clean and all issues were resolved.
