Called on 12/20 to have used tanks replaced. Lady said it takes 2-4 business days. On Dec 27, still no swap outs. Called the office and guy that answered the phone was a smart mouth. They want you to drive down and swap them out. That's not the way the process works.

Appreciate the poinsett medical was able to get back me. I was able to explain my concerns and issues. But with the best of conversation they're still facing issues with billing process the paid there service fees online. So I guess the next process is for me to call them or visit them personally to pay what I owe.

This company has gone above and beyond to make sure I get replacement oxygen even given my work schedule. However, I have now received two empty oxygen tanks. I am thankful I’ve had a backup with me both times.
