Love this place. They have a lot of cardio machines, and when I go, it's never overly packed. The workout equipment is all in the center, so walking around to find the right machine is nice. Love there's a scale in the bathroom!

The staff at Berea PF are always friendly and helpful. I go to tan, and think the beds could use an upgrade; however, they ultimately get the job done and I’m happy.

at planet fitness you are at your own time and speed.. there is no rush on the amount of time or no certain machines that you have to use.. you go at your own speed adn pace..

They have poor communication when it comes to talking to you about your account!! They don’t care who’s around when they tell you ur payment was due on the 17th when can u pay IN THE FIRST I TOLD HER YESTERDAY!! TODAY I GET ASK SAME QUESTION IN FRONT IF PPL!! I TOLD YESTERDAY THE FIRST!! CAN YOU MAKE UR PAYMENT TODAY!! NO I TOLD YOU!!

The reason that I give the three stars is when you go into tan, they don’t give you enough time to get your clothes off and put your lotion on before they turn on the tanning bed so that’s only reason I give them three stars

Brady does an amazing job making all the members feel safe and welcome. He also does great work with maintenance and cleaning the facility. What more can you ask for?

The staff was nice but the men showers could use some.extra attention. Someone left dirty underwear on top of the shower stall and the curtains was moldy.
