Friendly and exceptional service. I was able to get all three of my dogs in and out quickly. The ladies were professional and answered questions for people in line while they waited.

No stars. Had the most miserable experience here today. Walked in at a little after 9 as I had to be at work by 9:30. Obviously the miserable staff was not happy to be there and even less happy to have a customer so early ! Not one word from any of the three of them - no eye contact- no " can I help you find anything " actually acted like I was invisible ( same treatment to a couple other people in the store ) wow just wow I can't imagine treating guests in my store like that. I could go on about the rest of the interactions but I'm getting pissed again just thinking about it. Horrible customer service- just horrible- made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome- poor animals in there. Didn't see any name badges but 2 females one with long dark hair the other with hair pulled back and glasses. Male stocking looked like a homeless person- equally as miserable and uninterested in customers Just a sad place. This world is doomed with this new generation....

management really needs to stop bullying the staff into demanding phone numbers - not everyone wants to give you their personal information on top of paying too much to shop there - I will definitely avoid this chain in the future just for that reason so if you were trying to enhance your customer experience by tracking them it's backfired

I was very pleased when I walked into this store. I was met by friendly people and smiling faces. I was thinking about purchasing a chinchilla and proceeded to speak to an associate about care for one. Though she wasn't an expert herself she directed me to someone else in the store who was! I was very grateful for these kind girls who helped me and educated me on chinchilla care! They were just the right people in the right place at the right time. They pointed out supplies and care tips for me right in the store. I took several photos of the items so I know what to purchase in the future! Thanks Petco for a great first time experience in your store!

Me and my brother picked out a 25$ betta fish for our little sister,along with other accessories. Our total added up to 45$. We went to check out and the cashier was EXTREMELY friendly. Unfortunately did not catch her name. She told us that the fish was beautiful, asked it we had others. We told her it was our only one ,and it was for our sister and that it was her birthday that day. She asked how old she was and asked if we had any plans for the day. We were so engaged in the conversation that we didn't realize she said our total was 25$ we paid and she said to have a wonderful rest of the day. Just so friendly. As we got home to set up the tank. We looked at the receipt and saw that she had marked everything down. Our 25$ betta was now 14$ we COULD NOT believe she did that for us. GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE!! Only wish we could've thanked her. the only downside is that I wish it came with some instructions for the betta, though we've had betta fish before it's been awhile and It died the next morning. Thankfully got it refunded and got a new one just as pretty

The store itself isn't bad and the workers are great and very helpful but why I give this store such a low rating is it's awful treatment of the birds. I have been here twice and checked on their Conures and both times they were in such a bad condition. As a conure owner myself I know what healthy looks like and this isn't it. I know this ring neck is expensive but can't they have someone look in after it better, it's feathered are plucked, the feathers aren't vibrant, it's eyes are droopy and looks like it can barely stand on its feet. This review isn't to bash the workers but just raise some awareness of the treatment of any kind of animal. If it looks bad, get help, give it the attention and/or treatment it needs.

If I could leave 1 star, I would do it. I set an appt to get my puppy groomed and dropped my puppy off at 12:30 for his grooming appt.. At 4:00 I hadn't heard from Petco and called the store. After being passed to 3 different team members, I was told the groomer had a family emergency and had to leave. I was then told that the groomer was told to call each client and let them know their grooming wouldn't get done today. When I picked up my puppy, I asked to speak to the store manager bc I wanted to know why my dog was there for so long for no reason. The store manager then told me that he didn't "know to to respond to an unhappy customer" and that he didn't know what to say. I don't know if I'm more irritated about my dog being there for so long without being groomed OR that the groomer was asked to call her family while having an family emergency. Either way, I don't like how the situation was handled and was highly irritated at Petco's response.

Some canned cat food I had got from this store was expired ("Best by August/September/October 2020"). I went back to the store the next day and was able to get them replaced, which was pretty nice. My shopping experience was good in general; the store has a pretty complete collection of pet foods. But I think having foods expired over four months on the shelf is a rather irresponsible act of the staff. I do highly recommend checking the expiration date before buying anything just in case. (Tiki Cats is one of my favorite brands too.)

Closing at 7:00 is ridiculous. Three people pulled into your parking lot while I was pulling out. Losing lots of business.

I won't be going to Petco in the future! I went Sunday morning and they were late opening. I realize things happen but this wasn't the first time! The materials I need are never in stock, the pets lived in hideous environments. Cages were pure filth, half the fish were belly up! I approached "Ed".....not friendly at all. He had a bad attitude and apparently hates his job. He behaved as if he had crawled out of a vat of cow manure. I give this pee-poor center a minus 1000 stars!...Although I had to rate a star to post a review! Horrible management...horrible service!

Our maltipoo Max has been going to Petco for grooming since he was a puppy. He is 8 years old now and is cranky sometimes, but we have always been pleased with Petco grooming services.

I called to set up an appointment to get my dog groomed but they're so disorganized that I called 4 times before they picked up. The groomers weren't there because they make they're own schedule and don't have anything set up for customers to know when to call or when to come in for their pets. I ended up calling petsmart and have my appointment set for tomorrow, September 27 at 4 pm. Just cause they are so disorganized and can't answer the phone they lost customers(family and I) and money.

I bought a guinea pig from here THINKING it was a female and everything from the name and the label on the cage said it was . 3 months later i went out & bought another and they have two different private parts , i then realized AMY isnt an AMY she's a ADAM -.-
