I adore this place!! I always feel so welcomed when I come in, even my baby Mitzi gets so excited when we come by. Fynn is just a sweet pea, he always helps me get my dog food in my car since I cannot lift heavy things after my hip replacement. Give that kind boy a raise!!! ?❤️?

Will not be back anytime soon!! I’ve been to a few pet supermarkets and generally have good experiences however I believe this location is under new management and has obviously lowered its standards. I came in to get my usual dog food and when I asked the person that’s supposed to be the manager Alecia something (with a graphic t shirt on) where their restroom was, I was dumbfounded at the lack of customer service and disinterest she showed in my conversation. It was obviously a struggle for her to be interrupted from her mobile phone! I always check to make sure there is toilet paper and there was not so When I asked for toilet paper she stated “we don’t have it…”, you’d think a nationwide chain pet-store would be able to afford it, so why isn’t it stacked in inventory!? I decided to just get my dog food and leave when I couldn’t help but overhear a nice family asking for animal care information about adopting and her giving the absolute bare minimum replies and frequent monotone I don’t knows.Why would pet supermarket put someone with such little animal knowledge in a position to teach others how to take care of animals. I then pretended to browse the treat isle to watch for a minute what she would do with customers out of sight and not surprisingly she immediately leaned on the surface and pulled her phone back out. I’m guessing this is why the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned! I will say however the cashier that checked me out was very nice and when I let her know how my experience was she apologized on behalf of the manager. As I was walking out I heard that manager come up and ask the cashier to sweep the floor, I was appalled! All she must do is delegate responsibility. I wish I could remember the cashiers name, that young lady had more grace and professionalism than the person a over her. She was tall and very young, hair oiled back and she had sweet freckles. She deserves a raise for putting up with the lack in management! Pet supermarket, I really hope this store gets on track sometime in the near future, now that I live closer I was hoping to make you guys my go to pet store but I guess not anytime soon!

i’ve been here a couple times and usually the experience isn’t bad, though today the employee, short guy with glasses, at the register was awfully rude for no reason. Very short with replies and not helpful. When i first walked in i was looking for a trash can and saw the only one was behind the counter. i asked if he would mind throwing it away for me as i didn’t want to be rude and reach over but he responded sounding irritated that there is one at the dog wash area. took a couple extra minutes to find because it wasn’t obvious to where it was and i didn’t think i’d need to fully go into the dog wash area. just annoying i was basically shooed away after asking nicely. last time i came here the girl, ginger curly hair with glasses, was really nice and helpful! i looked at the ferrets and she came over to ask if she could help with anything.

The nicest people work here. They will help you find whatever you need, and they have pets too! They have snakes, kittens, fish, ferrets, and more. It's worth a visit just to see.the cool animals they have and have a chat with Ronni, Fynn and the rest of the kindest folks ever.

The staff isn't professional playing with the customers time..talking lies I bought my rabbit couple weeks ago and he came with Infection I came to store they said that the vet gave some medicine but my rabbit never had medicine and he continued with the same problem..they never wanted give me Vet name ...I will make my complaint to Greenville county animal control..
We don't need stores like that and we have to pay attention what they work with the animals ....

very bad place, last Sunday I bought a rabbit everything was fine until Monday night when I found urine of a strange color, like coffee with milk. The next morning we returned to the store and they only told me that he was dehydrated. We left the rabbit because the vet was going to give it shots to hydrate it. The next day we picked up the rabbit but at home the problem remained the same, I went to another veterinarian and they told me that the rabbit had a urinary infection... the people at this store lied and made us waste our time. I just think, how are the other animals that they sell?

Asked for 6 dozen crickets and the girl said "I counted about 60". I'm sorry, do we not know basic math? Just spent the time counting them in my car and there are 47. Someone needs to educate this girl on how to properly serve a customer. 3 stars since I have for the most part been treated well.

I went into the store and one of the employees was visibly sick and wearing a mask. It puts customers and other employees at risk of getting sick as well, let alone having to work while sick only makes you feel worse.

I purchased a ball python baby from them on 11-29-2023 and thought it had dirt around it's eyeballs (not scales). Thought something was up when it's eyes didn't and still dont "pop" like the other 3 ball pythons I have and then I went to take a video and noticed mites crawling around it's eyes. Nothing was said to me the day I got it about it's eyes either. I'm not happy at all. Now I have to treat not 1 but 4 ball pythons because of this
