I will forever recommend the high quality work, expedience, honesty, and great vibes of Perfection Automotive. Ben epitomized "kindness in another's troubles" with his professionalism and good nature. Somehow, the Murphy's law-timed stress ( break down with pets in tow on way to place sandbags before tropical storm Debbie, etc.) was overpowered by one of those 'faith in humanity restored' feelings. Thank you Ben and team!!!

Last week me and my fiance were in town visiting family, on our way back to the coast (trying to beat tropical storm Debbie) our car suddenly broke down. We were really in dire straights but thx to Ben and the team at perfection we were back on the road in two hours, I cannot express enough how grateful we are, they went out of there way to diagnose and fix our problem fast and for an unbelievably reasonable price, they really saved our hides, they were honest, polite, and really worked hard to get us out of there fast, if you are ever in the area and need a mechanic please do yourselves a favor and go to perfection automotive..Thank you so much Ben and team we are very grateful ?????? y'all rock!

We were on vacation with our kids when our vehicle started overheating. We were treated so well by the team at perfection automotive, communication was great and we recieved prompt service to get us back on the road quickly. We highly recommend them for your car repair needs!

Great place to get your car worked on, especially when no one else would. This was the only of several shops willing to take my car in to be repaired after an incident at the beginning of this year. Open and honest every step of the way. The owner and staff are especially friendly and professional. Better than most other larger shops that have done my car, either shotty work or turned me away. I'm pleased to say that I had a good experience with Perfection Automotive. They got my car repaired and ready for pickup faster than I expected, at a fair price. We even discovered a new emerging issue after the repair was done and they were quick to resolve it without any additional hassle. I'll be back!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I got a flat tire going down State Park Road and pulled into this business. Ben was in the parking lot working on another car and came over to check my tire out after he heard air hissing out of it. He did not hesitate to run over and grab a jack to take my tire off and diagnose the problem. He took my car and put it right over on a lift and patched my tire. This is a business full of cars inside the shop as well as outside, and they stopped in the middle of their busy schedule to help me out. I will always choose a small business with great customer service over the big names for this exact reason!!! Thanks again!
