Thank goodness this place open on Saturdays until 1 pm. It is hard for people like me traveling to find a place on the weekend to find cpap supplies. The health technician was very professional and friendly. I will recommend this store to everyone I know! Thanks Again

I suffer from Chronic Cluster headaches. One of the protocols for relief is to use 100% oxygen until pain subsides. Cluster headaches are describe as the most painful event in a humans life.Parker Medical Supply has provided with with the needed Oxygen tanks for over 8 years. They have NEVER failed me. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!Family owned and operated. This is a business with true heart and compassion. Thanks for your professionalism and your caring manner!

Love that they are open on Saturday. Staff are very kind, patient, professional, they have a good selection of medical equipment and are open on saturdays. Prices are good, place is very clean no webs or gunk on the equipment or floors. We’ll definitely shop again

Walked in to purchase some disposable mask today. Neither of the 2 ladies working in the store had mask on. After seeing me walking in, they did not even try to put a mask on. Very disappointed especially it is a medial supply store!

Been using Parker Medical for my dad's equipment and couldn't be more pleased. Dre was timely, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the equipment and our needs. Definitely would recommend him and Parker Medical to anyone in need of medical equipment.

Called to see if they could fill a prescription for a medical device I have a prescription for and they straight up told me they wouldn't bother billing for it or calling my Dr, like my insurance told me have them do, because they "just don't bill for it." Meaning they COULD but they just WOULDN'T...Like if my insurance told me to have them call and verify the medical necessity for the device.... You would think they'd just do it and SEE if it would be covered instead of just blowing me off bc previous people didn't get it covered. I'm in my 3rd trimester and my doctor wants me to check my blood pressure but they wouldn't bother trying to get my prescription filled. Great customer service there.Edit:Woow... took you nearly 4 MONTHS to reply... and its a snarky one. Good job. Very simple... I had a prescription I wanted the device that was proscribed to me. If my insurance would have denied it... fine. I'd have paid for it but I needed the blood pressure monitor and you wouldn't bother. The only people in the area I could find to bill for it and the lady I spoke to, from the insurance company, told me I just needed to find someone that had the device, billed for it, and that could verify the prescription with my Dr. So yes I didn't "feel" like you "blew me off"... you blew me off and you lost business bc I probably would have just bought it if you had decent price on it but I couldn't even get the courtesy of you selling me one. That's fine. Someone else got my money.

Hospice contacted them about the many things we needed for our loved one and they came within hours. Jay delivered the equipment. He was pleasant, empathetic, knowledgeable about the equipment and friendly yet professional. Jay treated us like we were his own family going through the overwhelming experience of hospice care. I can’t say enough good things about him and the company. Thank you.

Actually they are 10 stars. Fixed my lift chair today so now I don't have yo buy a new one. Found out parts were guaranteed for life so all it cost was shipping and their labor. Yeah! It is fixed and no more worries. Super folks.

I was referred to Parker Medical Equipment by the PT at my job. I tried Several times to get the prescribed Wheelchair ordered. I faxed the script., I had MD office call as well. This was at least 8 months ago, I finally called it quits. Very disappointed.

I purchased an item to clean my CPAP and lost the receipt and have tried many times to get a copy for my FSA company and Parker Medical will not respond after their first email.

The people here are so nice and honest. I was going to a place downtown for my CPAP equipment and they didn't tell me I could get cushions for it and my insurance would cover it. These people saved me over $100 just being honest. Thankful for them.

If you need anything for your elderly or disabled family member this is the place to go. I need a lift chair for a special situation. I remembered for a mission trip many years back I needed hospital socks for a nursing home we were going to. They were the only place that could get them. I didn't know where to start for a lift chair. I thought let me just go see if they have one I can sit in, look at, ask their opinion on for my budget and situation what was the best. B.J. came right to me with no hesitation and answered all of my questions honestly. I also got to see the chair I bought and they special delivered it for me to the home. And not only was it delivered on time as I wanted they set it up made sure it worked and vacuum it for me before delivery. Wow... who does that for their clients. These are some GREAT and HONEST people. This is the only place well be going from now on! Your the best thanks Y'all!
