After a great start, my original mortgage person dropped the ball costing me a couple months in the process. That person left the company and Tere stepped in and took over. Things flew by much faster after that and her and Jessica's assistance were 100% better and on the ball. I would recommend them to anyone looking for mortgage assistance. If my mortgage started and finished with Tere it would have been a 5 star rating.

After losing my mother and having to move back to South Carolina. I was unsure if I would even have a home. After Shawn being a fellow Marine found out about my situation and concerns moved heaven and earth in order to secure me a mortgage and safe guarded me allowing me to have a home. Being a first time home buyer he educated, guided, and instilled confidence to me every bit of the way. Jessica called to inform me she would be taking over my account when the person I had been dealing with initially left the company. After a mediocre experience with that individual, Jessica was a godsend. She expedited the process and worked diligently to ensure we were taken care of, and stayed in constant contact to ensure all steps of the process were completed in a timely manner. She was even available through the late evening when I had to work later than usual. She represents Palmetto State Home Mortgage very well, and I could not recommended her enough.

After scouring the internet trying to find a mortgage broker I came across Palmetto State Home Mortgage. The plethora of wonderful reviews made me choose this company and I have no regrets with my decision. Jessica was absolutely phenomenal! She answered every question I had and made this process a breeze. Laura was quick to respond and helped this process go smoothly. I can’t sing their praises enough. I’m so thankful I came across this company. I plan to use them again when it’s time to refinance. Buying a house is a headache but if you’re trying to figure out who to go with, I would definitely recommend going with them. You won’t regret it!

What a fantastic experience! Thanks to Palmetto State Home Mortgage and Jessica Bagwell we were able to purchase our dream property. I can't believe I am saying this but buying a home from 13 hours away was a breeze. There is no words to describe how amazing Jessica was to work with throughout the entire process. The communication was incredible. She kept us all at ease and made the process basically stress free which is hard to believe knowing how stressful home buying can be.
