Ordered an e-gift card with “24 to 48 hour delivery” proudly stamped on the page. However, when I called to correct an email error, I get told despite what’s posted “ it usually takes 72+ hours to finalize” then you have to call them and wait another set of days. Meaning if you’re expecting to order one for a gift, they won’t be cashing in on that purchase until over a week later IF the product is still in stock. Them blatantly lying about the processing time is an issue for me, and I will not be ordering from here once this is resolved or disputed

Edit: i did try to call them 2 times after they wanted me to call and tell them about my experience, this was during business hours and unsurprisingly, their staft did not pick it up. Just take tour business to a more professional place.
Untrained and unprofessional sales personnel. I was refused sale for no reason and had to take my business down the road and purchase my firearm at academy sports. Which went perfectly smooth and they had a better selection anyway. I recommend other customers to do the same.

Im a pretty big fan of palmetto state armory. They have firearms at reasonable prices and make the tools for self defense accessible to lower income earners with still more than acceptable quality. Thank you PSA!

Bought a few items from PSA for a rifle. The products arrived quickly without using fedex. Tells me they process orders fast. The parts were perfect!! Highly recommend!!

Lastly, DO sign up for their email newsletter. The deals that come across everyday are incredible!!

They are very reasonable - PSA has one of the best ammo selection and some firearms are going for a very good price if you can catch the deal . Personally , I have stopped shopping with anyone else
