Bought a battery from them back in April of 23...within 9months the battery died completely. Upon trying to do a warranty exchange (with BOBBY)since I had a 3 yr warranty I had to wait 6hrs for it to "trickle charge" before it could even be tested. The whole 6hrs it was trickle charging it never got to 1volt. Ended up talking to customer service and the district manager. Who within minutes said he was calling the store to get my warranty done, and that it shouldn't have taken that long. When I went back to the store the associates working at the time had all their food on the counter and didn't acknowledge me. I grabed my receipt of the counter where it was left by Bobby and left. It's very unfortunate that this was my experience, I will not be returning.

This place has the worst customer service skills and there's a lady in there that literally tells us 10 minutes before closing that she cannot look apart up then when we get there she locks the door and does not let us in and then disrespectfully curses and everything it the customers who lies and who causes it customers for no reason and this 10 minutes before closing and this woman literally locks the door and will not let us in and will not service one minute away and she locks the door on us who does that this place has the worst customer service

Great place, excellent customer service! Was very helpful in scanning my engine and diagnosing the issue ASAP. Will be back to do business with them for sure.

Came in at noon on Saturday, December 2nd to get a replacement headlight for my car. There was one guy behind the counter who was in the phone. Hung up the phone and said “one minute” to me and walked into the back. I waited for 3ish minutes and walked out. Here is a picture of zero people standing behind the counter. Again, this is NOON on a Saturday

Pain in the butt, ordered two items online for instore pick up. Showed up an hour later and no one could find either item. Either their systems are all messed up or people are slacking on the job. Try the store right down the street.

Easy to find, lots of parking. Store is well organized and prices can't be beat. The associate in the store was fast and friendly, and remembeed me from a phone call. Was great to have that kind of personalized service! Thank you!

Our car battery died without warning while we were on vacation in the Carolonas. A wonderful good Samaritan, Steve, jumped our old battery and we called O'Reilly. They had what we needed in stock, installed a new battery and recycled our old one. So grateful they were there for us!

This location has very knowledgeable employees and after going to the woodruff road location and they didn’t have my mass airflow switch in stock they were nice to reserve the switch for me,both locations had very knowledgeable and very courteous employees.I will definitely be back to O’Reilly’s

I placed an online order for a part that no other closer auto parts stores had in stock. The email back to me stated it would be ready in 1 hour. So I showed up at the store 1 1/2 hours later to pick up my order. Even though they still hadn’t pulled my order, the sales guy was real cordial and got the part. Jus glad it wasn’t a large order that I would have had to wait for.The store was clean, well stocked and looked organized. The only negative thing about this location is trying to get back out of the parking lot onto Lauren’s Rd.Three vehicles, including mine, had to sit in the parking lot and wait for the traffic signal to finally stop the traffic. It allowed the traffic on the opposite side to turn onto Lauren’s Rd, but we never got a green light to proceed out of the parking lot.We just had to pull out hoping for the best. It was very confusing and dangerous.Other than trying to get out of the parking lot, this auto parts store was good.
