Usually nice, but a homeless man was sleeping right in the middle of the concrete sitting area in front of Cantina '76.

The plaza is clean with a relaxing atmosphere and shaded areas to sit with friends and family. There's a lo ely statue of a dog, cat, and bird in a pet friendly area.

Homeless people hang here. It is a cool spot for skate boarding and bmx, but there is no place for that downtown unfortunately. It can be beautiful sometimes. And Cantina 76 is great. I just can't recommend it to you, because of the druggies around. Gville needs to step it's game up! HELP the homeless and we NEED a skatepark PLEASE

Why haven't the charging stations worked in several months? Is it a way to restrict and manipulate the movement of homeless?With certain restrictions in place including putting many on trespass from the library it's no wonder they're in hotel lobbies, starbucks , and other businesses, using whatever outlet they can find or break into around town. Also gives them more reason to act out. Aggressive tactics breed agressive behavior. Start thinking constructively

Plenty of nighttime debauchery about in this area. SiP and WXYZ bar keeps em drunk and wild. Theres no telling what you will see out here after 11pm. Free parking at Richardson garage for the weekend so you will walk thru this area if you park there. Like I said, be warned it gets wierd out here sometimes late at night. Oh how greenville has changed some for the better and alot for the worse.

Nice clean place to just walk around and get some food, ice cream, etc and check out a brewery or two. Great place to people watch on the weekends and nice bar scene.
