Very Professional, detailed, thoughtful and methodical to their approach for Home Video Security. We replaced an existing system that was nothing but trouble, no analytics and was plagued by constant issues from day one. Matt and his crew did an amazing job with camera placement, immaculate installation and were very customer focused on our needs and expectations. Installers Adam and Josh arrived on time to almost the minute they said they would, and detailed exactly what they were going to do each step of the way. Each camera went in and looks like it was installed during the pre-build process on an existing home.System setup afforded us the options on camera placement, tuning of the field of view, setup you analytics for intrusion zones and they made sure that the ICView+ app was installed on all of our phones, tablets and computers. Additionally they took the time and helped us setup notifications for each camera.If I built again tomorrow, Matt and his crew would be my only call. If you want an installation that provides the best.... On Points Security should be your first installation choice.

Matt quickly me a couple of quotes after a visit to my property and within a few days we had a install performed. Great communication over email with details of the equipment and services. Then the team came out to install the equipment. I'm very impressed with the quality of the equipment and the level of service provided by Adam and Riley. Adam answered every question imaginable and had tons of other info to point out. They took their time lining up all the cameras to my satisfaction and took a lot of care not to make any mess when doing their work.
