The manager of the store offered advice and suggested if needed, they would be willing to assist. Well, I ended up taking it back to them, and with zero argument, they accepted the chair, fixed it, cleaned it, and had it ready for my use the following day. I was delighted. I would never buy this type of product anywhere else. They fully stand behind their products and service.”
