“HIGHLY recommend for business cards!
TLDR: Simple online ordering, great professional quality and ready same day, albeit not until late. Slightly mild inconvenience of only being told "ready by 7:30". Being given a more accurate time frame would have resulted in 5 stars.

I ordered business cards online for same day pickup. Online ordering was very simple and straight forward, even from my cell phone. The product itself was exactly how I expected it and of fantastic professional quality.

The ONLY thing that was only a mild inconvenience was the inability to get a more accurate or estimated time for completion and pickup. It told me same day and could pickup by 7:30pm. However, I was working remote in the area and the store was not that close to my home so knowing an estimated time frame or even being told it would be ready closer to 7:30 or within a couple of hours would have been ideal so I knew whether or not it was worth going home after work or waiting around in the area.

I received pickup notification not long after arriving home and ended up having to wait until the next day to pick them up. I was working in a neighboring county the next morning and had really needed them, but the inconvenience was mild. The quality, price and ease of ordering made up for it because ordering them from another company online and having them shipped to me would have likely been more expensive and taken longer to receive.”

“I have used Pressing Issues for several print needs in the last 6 months. Always helpful, always professional, always a terrific product! Their service doesn’t end there though…a story about old school customer service and kindness…I recently forgot to pick up my printing for an event on a Saturday night. I realized this on a Friday at 5pm. I called, emailed, Facebook messaged…I was so desperate to get my printing. Ashley from Pressing Issues messaged me back almost immediately, called me, and reached out Travis who was still at the shop working on another project. Travis stayed at the shop until I was able to get there that night. Ashley and Travis are my heroes, and I will be a Pressing Issues customer for as long as they are in business!”
