“I needed to have the figure on a poster enlarged for my Sunday School bulletin board that was impossible to do on the printer at church. The gentleman working in the copy section made sure he understood that I only needed the picture enlarged and not to include the words on the poster. He explained the limits of what was possible and he took care of me while he was multitasking on other print jobs. He was so kind and it came out perfectly.
