Northern Tool + Equipment is a great place with a neat and clean store. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Associates are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to assist. They spend plenty of time answering questions thoroughly and offering helpful suggestions. The store personal are always helpful to find anything a person could need, representing the store well. This results in a high quality experience with the highest quality products. While the location on Woodruff Road can be a challenge, the exceptional and knowledgeable treatment makes it a worthwhile destination for professional businesses, contractors, and do-it-yourselfers to tackle any job.
I have been shopping at the Greenville SC Woodruff Road store for a very long time and have always been treated great and helped and if they did not have an item they let me know why or when coming back in, ETC.

Great place, friendly and helpful staff. Neat and clean store. I would like to go there more for the things I want and need but located on Woodruff Road it is always a challenge for me to get there.
