Bad service these guys act like they don't even know nothing about an automobile or what it take to keep them running. I manage an auto parts store when I was younger I could definitely whip this place in the shape, starting with management.

I love it, you find everything for the cars of different brands and there are racing cars and you take photos and that day they add food, allegorical caps to the exhibition car.

Placed an order for pick-up on Thursday for an in-stock item that says it will be ready by 8am. It’s now 8:15am on a Friday. Sign on door says open at 7:30am, guy is sitting at the counter with the doors locked. He stares at me and walks away. Why isn’t the store open 45 minutes after it’s supposed to? Why didn’t the person at the counter atleast walk to the door and explain why they’re not open?

I've been going to NAPA for years and have to tell you the quality of their products is unbeatable, of course I use some of the other major stores too. After today, that may just have come to an end. With the excellent customer service we received today I can not justify spending my hard earned money elsewhere. My father-in-law needed some help so I met him at the Greenville Laurens Rd NAPA store today. The manager saw that he was struggling due to some health issues & she came over and personally took care of us. Jennifer was her name and I am giving her a big huge shout out for the excellent customer service that made my father-in-law feel-as he put it, "alive again". He said this is the first time in a long time he has been treated with respect and was treated in the manner in which he was brought up as a child. I understood exactly what he meant because that is how I was brought up and it was so refreshing to have the customer service that we received today. I'll be calling corporate and letting them know as well because employees like this keep stores open especially when there's so much competition these days. Again-bravo Jennifer and thanks for being you. God bless and I know you will be well taken care of because the corporate upper management cannot help but notice the great job!
