I took my daughter here to get her nails done for the first day of school. Her appointment was at 6pm. I showed up a little early just in case she could get in early. We waited and waited and waited. At 7:45 she finally got seen. When she got done it was 5 till 9pm. I was extremely unhappy but she loved her nails. I will not be taking her back.

So excited to find this gem! First off, everyone there was super laid back and make you feel welcome. I explained what happened at a previous nail salon with my nails and they took what I said and empathized with me. They took amazing care of me. Pearl did my nails and they look 10 million times better. Not embarrassed to show off my nails anymore. Not to mention they are very affordable! Thank you love!! Will definitely be coming back and with friends! ❤️❤️Services: Gel manicures

I googled this place and saw they closed at 10 so I was excited about finding a place that stays open later than 8. I called before I went to confirm. They specifically said they close at 10 and take walk-ins until 8:30. I get there at 7:30 (which is only about 15 minutes after I called) only for them to tell me they can soak my nails off but to make an appointment for the next day at 10 AM to get my set. First of all, who does that?? I’ve never heard of a salon soaking you off the night before and come back later to get them finished. And second, if I wanted to do that, I would’ve just waited until the next day instead of getting in my car to drive up there. It’s really hard to get good service these days.

I am highly disappointed! I searched "black owned nail salons" during a recent visit to Greenville, and this was the closest one. I Jane no idea what I was looking at, because it looked like it had 4.5 stars on Google, but that was obviously the wrong place! Upon walking in, so was welcomed by a rundown, filthy and loud establishment! There were people just hanging out, eating chicken and playing with babies as if it was someone's family gathering! There was a guy there who was talking junk to all of the ladies ( which they laughed off) and they were cursing, playing with nerf guns & face timing, All while doing nails! the lady in the first chair with the locs was doing someone's nails before we arrived & I felt so bad for her! the nails were lumpy and looked nothing like what she asked for! I asked the technician how long she'd been doing nails before she started mine, she said 5.5 years (that was obviously a lie)! It to 2.5 hours for a fill in and gel Polish. The coats of polish are all uneven and I didn't even ask for the ombré I really wanted because I was not confident in her abilities. I had to guide her on shaping my nails & literally file them myself! needless to say, it was not worth the $40, I'll be going to get them fixed asap! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

So happy to find a nail salon open late on Saturday! I called at 7:30pm to get a full set gel nails. The lady answering phone wasn't happy when I asked were they open till 10 ? She put someone else on and she said "yes, but they were in a hurry to get out earlier and didn't have time. Giving me hours for the next business day. No. I wouldn't want to be doing nails on Saturday night until 10:00 p.m. either! Call before you go!

Specifically searched for black owned nail salons because I wanted to patronize a black establishment. Instead of a pleasant experience, I was met with a nonchalant/incompetent owner. Also ended up leaving without service and $35 less in my pocket. To throw salt in the wound, they also tried to charge my card an additional percentage. Luckily that charge didn't go through because I removed my card from the app. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Stay clear of this business, there are other choices in the Greenville area.

When you are charged for service you never received, its always a terrible experience. Please avoid this establishment. There are better places with a higher level of professionalism in the area.

I really didn't want to do a review but my experience was so horrible even days after getting serviced. When I first came in, I was immediately advised there was no appt. scheduled for the time I requested more than once out loud. I pulled up a text with my appt. time. There was a short silence so I thought maybe I should offer to come back another time. I was advised it was ok. Someone else gave me colors to choose from. I chose a color and was immediately advised it wasn't available. Other shops try to find a similar color at least, but I brushed it off and chose another color. I was then asked what service I was getting even though it was booked. I restated what I thought I selected. I showed a pic of the design I wanted. I was there a little over 2 hours. I was then advised to wash my hands off and she was done. I looked at my hands and no design was done at all. I asked about paying and was advised it was already paid for on style seat. I get to my car, look at my hands and the photo I showed her. I noticed my nails were not shaped like the photo I showed. I still brushed it off. I then showed my friend who recommended I come and other friends who get their nails done on a regular basis. Everyone said my nails looked horrible, lumpy and very uneven. I get home and realize I can't do basic things without my nails hurting. I scratched my head and my nails got caught in my hair. I typed on my keyboard and instantly felt pain. Even taking a shower or using the restroom my hands were in pain. I checked my bank account the next day and see I was charged higher than what was notated on the site. $51 to be exact. My hands hurt so bad I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed and was advised too much acrylic were on my cuticles. Luckily the person shaved and reshaped my nails to what I originally requested. Attached is what I requested, what I was given and my nails after they were fixed by another salon. I am highly disappointed with my overall experience. Being a black owned nail salon, I did not want to write this review but the lack of professionalism and skill is unacceptable. I had to pay an additional $50 to get them fixed. Now I'm out of $100. I would like a refund but I know that's not happening.

Such a wonderful place with a great group of welcoming ladies. Very down to earth women who know what they are doing! I love it there and will be back!
