This hotel was beyond dirty. I chose it because it was close to the event I was attending and also pet friendly. The building is undergoing renovations so the hallways are covered in construction crumbs but not a big deal, that’s expected. What was terrible was how dirty our room was. There were splatters on the walls, mold and dirt in the shower, crumbs on the counters and mold in the fridge (not pictured). I wore my socks in the room because I was worried about being barefoot on the carpet. The only redeeming quality was that the bed sheets smelled like fresh bleach and yes I did check for bed bugs. If it hadn’t been 10pm on a Friday night with a dog I would have complained and went somewhere else upon check in but did not see the severity of the uncleanliness until the sun came up in the morning. Very disappointed at the amount I spent for this room

Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in over 15 years. Multiple bugs found in room, zero customer service, no management assistance, and the entire hotel was extremely dirty. The hotel is located in a great location next to restaurants and shopping, but the traffic over the weekend is horrific.
I asked multiple times for my room to be serviced during my 10 day stay, and I even placed the door hanger on my room door, but it was never serviced. No working icemaker, laundry facility was extremely dirty, and there was no breakfast as advertised.

Worst 2-Star Hotel Experience – We Checked in and Left Immediately
This was, without a doubt, the worst 2-star hotel we've ever encountered. From the moment we checked in, we were faced with unacceptable conditions that forced us to leave almost as quickly as we arrived.
The room was absolutely filthy. The walls were covered in stains, and to make matters worse, we found handprints and makeup smudged on the bed sheets, indicating that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom was even worse—there was fecal matter on the outside of the toilet, and the shower floor was dirty. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here.
In addition to the lack of cleanliness, the room had a musty, unpleasant odor that made it unbearable to stay in. The walls were also torn and marked, making the room feel neglected and uncared for. As we walked through the hotel, the hallways were filled with trash, and even the elevator was dirty, which only added to our discomfort.
We couldn't stay in a place like this and left immediately. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This was by far the worst 2-star hotel we’ve ever experienced, and it’s clear that the management has no interest in maintaining basic cleanliness or hygiene.

There was a spot on one of my beds the room is out dated smelled mildew. The experience I had dealing with the customer service was horrible upon check in I was informed about the 150$ security deposit, which for one the hotel isn’t worth paying the 150$ deposit. So I was charged upon the stay. I did have a sick traveler that attended with me, there was vomit I was informed had to be cleaned before leaving which was understandable I wasn’t going to leave it there. After the cleaning I was told the security deposit would still be refunded and now I was charge an additional 150$ without consent on top of what I was already charged. Pictures will be sent and charges will be disputed. There was no help or attempt to help regarding the additional charge. Thanks for not consulting. And it’s really fraud that was committed because I was charge 150$ twice. Explain to me why I was charged a cleaning fee when that’s what the security deposit is for. I really shouldn’t have been charge for a sick guest and you all made me go back to clean!!

Awful service, room was not ready on time. Waited many hours to get it cleaned had plans for the evening, had to push back dinner with people. Stood at the front desk for over an hour waiting for them to tell me if my room was clean or not. Awful service, and poor communication all around.

If you need a peaceful place don't book this hotel. You may end up sleeping in your car for better. Dirty room with dirty bed liners and old carpets. The smell is disgusting and the front desk doesn't care if you ask them to change the bed covers. They don't clean the garbage regularly.

I don’t understand some of the bad reviews. Maybe previous owners? The place is having some renovations but didn’t make that big of a difference in my rating. The service desk was extremely friendly. My room was VERY clean. I appreciate that most of all. Nice size refrigerator, a stove top and microwave. Plenty of towels toilet paper and toiletries, if needed. The only thing I was disappointed in was the bed; too soft and lumpy . Hopefully new ones are being purchased as part of the renovation. If I’m back in the area, this will be my first choice.

The hotel is definitely an older hotel but it was in very good shape. They have renovated many parts and are currently renovating the breakfast area. No issues with dust or noise at all. Checked in a little early with no issues. Front desk was great. Friendly. Hotel has one elevator and it wasn't an issue. Ample parking. Great location away from the noisy main road. Our room was great! Better than anticipated. Lots of room. Loved having a full refrigerator with an ice maker and so many cabinets to put stuff. Sink was great. The cooktop was beat-up and the elements were crooked but we didn't need it so that was fine. (the coffee maker on counter is our own. We travel with it) There was a regular coffee maker which we didn't use. Microwave was new also. Bathroom had a walk-in shower which we loved. Water pressure in shower and sink in bathroom was very weak but it wasn't a deal breaker. Had a nice dining table with two chairs and a large flat screen TV. Only real complaint is the carpet. It really needed to be cleaned, not just vacuumed. It was pretty dirty. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are spacious. The facility relatively clean. Parking was easy. Location was near shopping and restaurants.

I stayed this past weekend for 2 nights and the first night we encountered bed bugs. The room smelled awful, a mix of chemicals, smoke and air freshener. Front desk offered us a new room for the 2nd night but the smell was still bad. I don't recommend staying here.

I have stayed here several times only once a drug dealer tried to sell to me. Just say no...the parking lot looks very shady reconstruction its a mess normally I would turn around and look for a safer place but i knew a guy who stayed a month here rooms are bigger than the place next.door each room is sorta lean maby toilet needs better cleaning hallways smell like Indian food every time I stay here

An excellent budget option in a great location with friendly staff. Andrew took care of us and he was delightful. The rooms are quiet and clean. I'd happily stay again.
