“Five stars for Kristen and her crew. We had met with a competitor for our out-of-state move and while he explained his services well, we decided to sample one more mover. Within minutes as she toured our home, Kristen explained in great detail how she was staffed, what weights would allow us to save money, and details of the billing process. The crew - some with some years on them, were absolutely up to the task and handled heavy lifting and packing with aplomb. At our new home, these same crew members spent about 20 minutes moving large L-shaped seating from place to place in their quest to find just the right distance between our tv screen and adjacent tables and walls. It was genuinely slow and heavy lifting, but the crew soldiered on. Now our new home looks sharp as a tack and we are entirely comfortable. The crew was a down-to-earth lot who had made us feel at ease. All calls placed to Kristen were answered promptly and she was perpetually upbeat and cheerful.Mark 1 Moving & Storage is first-rate. “We have used these guys for two moves now, and I can't say enough good things about them! Once you hit your late 30's, it's time to quit soliciting your friends to come over for an unpleasant day of moving all of your stuff from one house to another and just hire movers. And Tiger Moving are the right guys to call. Save yourself the headache and backaches, and just hang out while these young bucks do all of the heavy lifting. They are very personable, hard working, and efficient. They show up on time, and make the most out of all the space they have in their moving truck to make sure that they only have to make one trip if possible. Hopefully, Kat and I won't have to move again any time soon, but if we do, I know who to call. So no joke, call these folks, let them do all the heavy lifting, and save your back and the backs of your buddies. Nobody wants a ruptured disc in exchange for whatever dinner and beer you provide for helping them. Sure, you might spend somewhere in the neighborhood of $700-$1,000 bucks, but you can afford it if you just bought a house in this market. Tiger Moving is simply the best.”

We had 2 large white coaches to maneuver up a townhouse staircase (not an easy job), and they took the time to wrap the couches to protect them and managed to carefully get them up the stairs without marking up the walls. They were very polite and professional. I highly recommend Affordable Movers! We’ll be using them again next time there’s a need.”

“Great company & team/people to move your good safely, efficiently and it all arrives in great shape. They use the blanket and wrap to protect our furniture. The were considerate of our furniture and worked to protect it as we moved. We had packed most of our belongings in boxes, well labeled... to be ready for a day of loading and then unloading. We just moved... very well arranged and coordinated with Kevin. Plenty of info on the Smooth Move website to help get prepared/ready. We had Eric and his well organized, professional, friendly, considerate, determined and high energy crew. A long day... a good day loading up in Myrtle Beach and then moving to Mt. Pleasant with one delivery to a storage facility and then our delivery to our apartment. Everything completed by 5:00pm. WOW!! All was very good and very professional. We are very happy with our move. Thanks Smooth Move!!”
