The clothes are crammed in and you can’t even see them. Was there holding 4 things to try with 4 sales associates talking and not one person asked to put in a room. Terrible service

Our experience was wonderful at Monkee’s!! Very attentive staff with a great professional guidance! Even though it is a little pricey for everyday, it is well worth the experience!! Building self-esteem for your client is something money can’t buy!

The variety in this location is great! The owner is super sweet and accommodating. She worked with me on several different shoes, sizes, etc on the softwave shoes I was inquiring about. I will be back soon!

This past Saturday was my third trip there in an attempt to be waited on for a wardrobe change. Other or regular customers are greeted at the door with nauseating pleasantness. The owner had eye contact with me twice while I made my way looking around the ENTIRE store but did not speak. As I was leaving she (Jenny) finally offered help. When she realized I was actually there to meet a regular customer and I was there for the third time not being wait on myself, she began crying- ONLY after she realized who I was and who I was meeting. Very sad that a local shopper (me) with the ability to pay her (Jenny/Monkee's) inflated prices was still not made to feel welcome in her shop. It was truly embarrassing when I was the only person in the whole shop not spoken to or greeted 3 separate times. Be prepared to show your pedigree at the door- if this is what you like, make sure you get bags with Monkees of the West End on it- shallow snobby people will admire your choice for shopping there!
