Said that they do money orders on website. Very large money gram sign in the store. They apparently don't do money orders.

Store is open until 10pm. I walked in to pick up my daughters prescription and the pharmacy blind was halfway down. Clerk and pharmacist were standing there I asked if I could get her prescription and he, the pharmacist, said no we are closed. We close at 8pm. It was literally 8:01and I said that we were leaving at 5:30am for a flight he said too bad come back in the morning when we open. I said I can't because we have a very early morning flight. He didn't care one bit. It wasn't like he had to stay extra to fill the script because it was ready to be picked up just needed to hand it to me and I could cash out up front. The thing that really gets me is he doesn't know what the script is for or how badly it may be needed. I have been a long time CVS shopper pay extra for the extra care card but no longer. Such incredibly poor customer service that I will be switching my entire family from CVS. I will shop elsewhere. Not even worth the 1 star I gave him. Terrible pharmacist. Should take a course in customer service.

Omg so awful The pharmacy is so bad here Had to transfer to a different cvs because the manager of this pharmacy kept saying " it has been a crazy day" every time the pharmacy was unable to perform their duties properly If every day is a crazy day....it is probably a problem with you, not the pharmacy or its customers. Orders not ready, unable to process coupons etc, just issues and refusal to take accountability every time. Laughably bad customer service, every other cvs is better than this one. Avoid at all costs, go to the north street location for much Mich better service in my opinion.

We had to swap pharmacies due to insurance reasons and I had my reservations about swapping to CVS but we thought we'd give them a try and change if we had any issues. Well, it looks as if another change might be happening! We have been with them for just a month and this is the 2nd major issue we have had with filling prescriptions and we don't even have that many filled on a regular basis! The first was with our son's epipen! They didn't have one on hand and instead of calling us like our previous pharmacy would have (Walgreen's) they just ordered it and never said anything and when I called to see if it was ready they advised me of having to order one in. Ok, not a major problem but it would have been nice to know this. So, I was told on a Friday that it would probably be in Monday or Tuesday. Ok, I would call back then to see if they had it and if not, they would send the script to another CVS that had one in stock. So, I call on Monday and of course they don't have one and they have been in short supply for months now and there are only 3 locations in Greenville that have one in stock and the closest for me is the Mauldin location. So, she checks to make sure they have one and sends his script there and so I have to go to Mauldin to get his script. So, Tuesday morning I go to the location on W Butler Rd and they don't have it! It's at E Butler Rd and the CVS employee at Laurens Rd never told me that there were two different locations in Mauldin and she never stated which location it was at! I just assumed it was W Butler Rd. So I go to E Butler Rd and they don't open til 9! Almost all CVS locations open at 8 but this location doesn't open til 9 and here I am with my 4 year old son and we have to wait a freaking half hour til the location opens to get my oldest son's epipen! Had she told me to begin with the correct location, I would have looked it up and saw that they didn't open til 9 and wouldn't have been waiting all that time! Ridiculous! Then today, I go to fill 2 scripts for allergy meds that were filled on 2/13 and one will go through but the other won't! So I speak to a member of the pharmacy staff and for whatever reason, the computer shows the one script wasn't filled til the 19th even though the bottle clearly shows the 13th and so insurance won't pay for it to be filled til the 15th! I can of course go up there and show them the bottle and they will give him enough to last til the 15th but that just means that I have to make a 2nd trip there all because they screwed it up! They always say tell me what I can do to make this right for you. What you can do is not screw it up in the first place! That's what you can do!

I use the Minute Clinic for an injection once each three months. I always check in online and there is usually a wait--no problem, I understand that. Today, I checked in online per usual, and ended up waiting for an hour and a half in total, roughly an hour of that in the store. When it was my turn, I was told I couldn't be given my injection because the only nurse practitioner working that day had a Religious Exemption and would not handle contraceptives. Okay, fine--but that information would have been great to know before I sat in a waiting area during flu season with sick patients. My reason for visit was listed, and I think there should be a better system in place so this situation could be avoided. She advised me to go to another location. Overall, it was just a very inconvenient situation.

I have to use CVS because my insurance requires us to use only CVS. I have been a customer for years now and it never gets better only worse ! The people in the pharmacy are as nice as they can be but they are ALL over-worked to the point of being absolutely insane !!!! I have trouble getting my meds. every single time till I am so sick of it and it is like this every time !!!!!!! I can try and call ahead of me making a trip there to check if they have filled all of the meds I need but they don't answer today, I waited ten mins. and just hung up because I already know they do not have enough people working the pharmacy and of course I need my medications today because my insurance will not pay till I am absolutely out and due a refill . I wonder if this is going on at every CVS? I wish I could use another drug store because after years and a lot of money spent through those years mind you the do not deserve my business !!!!!!

A lot of stuff is overpriced but if you pay attention to the sales / coupons, you can plan out purchases that will cost you next to nothing. I used to work at CVS on high school and I remember several regulars who would come in every week and get $40-50 worth of stuff for $2-3. I don't buy much here but the normally priced candy on Halloween sale is a pretty good deal.

One of the most bizarre experiences I've had as a customer in my lifetime: I was verbally deterred from filling a paper prescription by a pharmacist at this CVS location, despite stating that I did not need the Rx until the following day. Essentially the pharmacist said that she was already dumping too much work on her co-worker who was coming on, and she told me to go somewhere else. I was squeezing this drop-off into a crazy schedule, and so her not taking my business meant missing a day of the medication. I thoroughly explained this to her, almost to the extent of begging, but she said that it was "just a sh*tty situation." So here's the review that pairs well with the situation, and I would hope that whoever staffs/manages this location would consider reviewing some of the controls that could potentially prevent this from happening again.

I have never been to a pharmacy where the pharmacists are rude , discombobulated and panicking! and every time i have had to come here for my husbands prescriptions the last two weeks , I am told they will be ready in 45 and I get to the store they're not ready. today i was told by Brittny that even though someone told me two hours ago they'd b ready in 45 minutes, she couldn't give me a time or even an idea of when they would be ready because she just got here. I'm glad i didn't leave because what do u know? ohhh they were ready. then she tried to charge me for them because they build them under regular insurance instead of Workmen's Comp. of which I had told the lady when I first got there to make sure they did that. I'm not sure that I want to trust these people with my pills!!!!

Third CVS visit... great Minute Clinic staff and Pharmacy Dept. with flu virus running rampant in the Upstate the staff was accompanying and worked efficiently to fill prescriptions and see waiting patients as quickly as possible. As a caretaker seeing the situation from the client/patient perspective speaks to the customer service and sensitivity training this staff as received. I enjoyed my visit to this location and as a TIP: when in need of an appt; schedule the visit online instead of a walk-in. No wait time just arrive 5 minutes before schedule appt to Check in. Nothing worse than sitting in a waiting area filled with sick folks when you are perfectly healthy!

This is my go-to pharmacy. They are open till 10:00 pm even on weekends. The employees at the counter are very helpful. Incase you don't find any product in this store, the staff will help you with the availability of the product at other CVS store.
