I am very upset my son is suffering anxiety and depression he was sold a truck but could never get title right bc the guy took off and wants no part of truck my sons lively hood tools are on truck and they will not let him get his tools in today society he going to loose job now and has important stuff besides tools in truck the truck probably total it says on google he should be able to get his belonging and. insurance is in sons name just not title why do you hold people belongings so he can provide for kids I think you all have a heart and do something kindly when my son has truck a long time and has insurance on it period i am going to call better business bureau and do everything in my will power to get his belongings you are holding importing papers told and medications just have a heart in today world to let him get his things I do not. recommend any one to use this service do the right thing have a godly heart there to bring someone to loose job and be so depressed

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Mike's Body Shop, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent.
First and foremost, the response time was remarkable. Despite my predicament occurring at an inconvenient hour, their team arrived promptly, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.
The professionalism and expertise displayed by the staff were exceptional. They handled my vehicle with care and efficiency, alleviating any concerns I had about potential damage during towing and repair.
Moreover, the transparent communication throughout the process was greatly appreciated. They kept me informed at every stage, ensuring that I was aware of the progress and any necessary steps moving forward.

THIS PLACE IS AWEFUL!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! MARCH 2024 MY CAR WAS TOWED HERE FOR A MINER ACCIDENT, A FENDER BENDER. WHILE THERE SOMEHOW MY CAR WAS BURNT UP FROM A FIRE THAT HAPPENED ON THEIR WATCH!! NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME. THEY MADE IT SEEM AS IF THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED WAS MINOR. IT WAS NOT! MY CAR WAS TOTALED! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THEIR INSURANCE INFO! THEY REFUSED TO WORK WITH MY INS. IAM OUT OF A CAR AND I HAVE TO PAY ?! IM FILING A LAWSUIT!

Do not have your car towed here. Do not have work done here.My car was towed here after an accident on 11/19. They have been unwilling to work with my insurance company in terms of the inspection needed by insurance, as well as allowing my insurance company to tow the vehicle out of this facility. So that’s been racking up a bill.On 11/30 I was notified that this shop would be the one performing the repairs on my vehicle. Quoted $4,500 in the claim, with repair time taking roughly two weeks.I was contacted today (12/12) to be notified that they would in fact not be performing the repairs on my vehicle. Their reason is that they’re booked up. When my husband called, he was told that they had contacted me to let me know. That was a flat out lie, as no attempt had been made in any form (no text, call, email, mail, etc.)So now we are having to pay over $1k for them having done absolutely nothing to help.I repeat, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Very nice folks. The rules are a bit redundant like i couldn't take my system out the car and we only had 15 mins to get what we needed.. but its not there rules so no blame. Gps said it was on the left when its actually on the right.

I checked out a car for my daughter. Found on FB marketplace. Was abandoned in Greenville a year ago and police had them tow it. Clean title in-hand. They were very patient while i took about an hour to inspect and test drive it. Paid their asking price, but asked that they throw in paint repair for liftgate. Owner agreed. We got a great deal. No issues at all with them. Car was exactly what they said it was. 5 stars highly recommended!Blessings,John 20:29
