They leave you on hold for over 5-10 mins 3 calls in today and still can't get anyone to talk to me on the phone about a tire order.whats the point in answering the phone just to put me on hold to hang up!?!?!?

I volunteer at Reidville Road Auto Service and I talk to Dave everyday but unfortunately I didn't have time to go inside to formally meet him when I had to pick up tires for a client. He's always so nice when he calls and the guys who delivers our tire orders are very nice even after I got to experience the traffic and the distance they deal with on a daily basis. And the guys who worked the loading dock were very nice and professional also.
