They didn't fix my phone and I paid them $30.00 to activate my daughter's phone and it came up on my phone "thank you for your $1.00 payment. Something isn't right about that.

The sign on the door reads..."30 min break!"The time is 7:15, 45 min until close. I got here at 7. There's no less than 4 people out front waiting.Now 7:45 the crowd of customers has dwindled to just 2. Me after 45 min of waiting outside and a woman that just arrived. No sales rep in sightAnd now is the next day and there's a reply from the owner... "sorry we missed the mark" "hope we can provide a better experience next time" A better experience wouldn't require you to even open the door. How about just not leaving the sign that suggest some service is on the way on the door. It's one thing to be unhelpful, it's another to be a nuisance... I see you want to improve and I'm curious how?
