Second location I went to in one day and was treated unfair without trying to come off as a Karen in this post me and my family come in on a Friday around 4:30 or so waited in line we noticed that they was kind of busy after waiting there was just one little Spanish lady in the middle holding a white iPhone not doing anything she kept looking up and smiling at us we continue to wait in line on someone to be free cuz me and my wife assumed that she was busy with the phone in her hand a few more moments go by a Spanish family walked in behind us and the lady looked up and motion for them to walk around us and come to the line we figured they was friends or family then we noticed that she was starting to help them with their issue totally cut us off act as if we was never in line or waved at them just really sucks being treated like that as a customer of 8 years

Idk where to start. Both mine & BF's broke this week. Relatively new, costly yet cheaply made. Anyway I did go into the store for a cpl questions; guy couldn't care less. Didn't even look up account. So I call insurance. Answer a million questions to typical foreign ppl I can never understand, they order my BF'S phone, but "can't find my number", transfer me to Metro Main. Which you cannot access it nor online w/o the ability to receive a text. Which, if I could do that, I would need TO BE CALLING!!!! Beyond frustrating between online & in-store workers. Zero of them care. Highly don't recommend.

For people who do not speak Spanish very well, it is very good, because you find Latinos who will help you with your services and needs.
