Pam and staff are very helpful and some of the nicest people you will meet. We’ve been doing business with them for quite a long time and we always gotten stellar service and communication from them. If you need any sort of custom carpeting or rugs, especially for a business, these are the people to call.

My friend and I visited the store looking for two area rugs for her new condo. Joy provided excellent service and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was interested in finding exactly the right thing for us and showed us many samples for us to choose from samples for us to choose from.

If you are looking for and desiring customer service, DO NOT shop here. No communication whatsoever about order and was not called to tell me it was complete so I (the paying customer) could decide how to pay for the balance due upon completion. If you give them any payment info, they keep your CC information and charge it without any call, without any receipt.

Don't buy from here. The ladys that run this place are very rude and unprofessional.The ladys that own the company didn't offer a refund. She told me on the phone that she was not going to eat the sale.Still very rude unprofessional place to do business with.

Three clowns running what probably use to be a a decent rug cleaning service. I would not recommend using their services but from the amount of business they do (very little) I guess most everyone knows this!!!!

I called about reducing the size of an oriental rug, Pam answered the phone. Not even remotely helpful. I waited a few hours and called back to try again, Pam answered again. Not helpful and EXTREMELY condescending.

I just called to get a quote over the phone and I realize that I could not get an exact price until I actually picked out what I wanted but it sure does seem like someone could have given me some type of price but instead I was told to call home depot or Lowes. They must not need the business huh?
