Sofia was very knowledgeable and helpful. She wasn’t pushy or overbearing at all. She let us browse their selection on our own and was ready to answer any questions we had. We had visited a few other stores before coming here. Sofia made us feel welcomed and thats why we decided to purchase a mattress from her. Great customer service.

I was in the market for a new mattress and box spring and researched various stores. Came across Mattess Warehouse and called them. Sophia was very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. It was even better when I visited the store! I was shown all the mattresses that would best fit my needs and budget. I decided on an adjustable bed, and I love it! I recently had knee surgery and this bed exceeded my expectations! Thank you, Sophia, for your time and patience and your vast knowledge of the inventory/products. You always had a smile and were friendly and professional and not pushy.

Sofia was truly exceptional during our visit and subsequent purchase of a new mattress. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional while determining the right fit for our needs. Her business acumen encompassing everything under the sun, from frames to box springs, helped put us at ease and remain confident in our decision.During the delivery process, our mattress was damaged by a single person sent for the job. After refusal of the initial delivery, we were contacted again by Sofia who empathized with our predicament and quickly rescheduled a delivery and installation of another frame, box spring and mattress... which utilized two personnel this time. :)Overall, we've had a good purchasing experience owed ENTIRELY to Sofia C. at Mattress Warehouse of Greenville on Woodruff Rd.

Sophia was absolutely awesome! Not only did she hook us up with an awesome deal, but she was attentive, knowledgeable and just genuinely enjoyable to be around.We did not feel pressured to talk to her or listen to deals or anything when we were shopping around checking out the mattresses, but she was ready and willing to be a great help once we were ready to chat with her.If we ever plan to buy another mattress in the future, we've absolutely been converted from a "mattress in a box" family to a mattress warehouse family (as long as Sophia is there!) Thank you!

Stopped by today after visiting a number of mattress stores in the Greenville area. After describing my lower back problems and desired firmness level to Nick, he immediately directed us to try several products that no other stores had offered. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and we found exactly the mattress we were looking for. Great selection and no high-pressure selling. Highly recommend.

Sophia helped my wife and myself purchase aTempur-Pedic TEMPUR-ProAdapt today. She was very knowledgeable and patient. There was no pressure and she informed of us discounts and what items were best to go with our purchase. Nick was amazing! We were greeted the moment we walked in the door. He was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He did not try to oversell us on anything and really listened to what we were looking for. We are so excited for our new mattress and will use Nick and Sophia for all of our future mattress needs!
