I have had been shopping all over Greenville and even went down to Anderson to checkout some stores there for mattresses and I finally found Mattress outlet of Greenville this store truly is a hidden gem. Upon arrival Jim greeted me very quickly and was super nice and knowledgeable. Once I heard the pricing I was hooked and the quality was amazing. I will recommend my friends and family to go here and save money and have a overall pleasant experience mattress shopping!

In my search for the "right" mattress I saw the ad for Mattress Outlet of Greenville on FB. I requested information and received a response right away. My daughter and I visited the next day and were pleasantly surprised. Jim was very informed, very easy to work with and I must say very patient. I don't make decisions easily and Jim was not pushy at all. He let me take my time to make a decision. I felt no pressure whatsoever. The mattress prices were unbeatable and all sizes are available to try. Delivery was on time. If you're looking for a new mattress I would encourage you to try Mattress Outlet of Greenville first. I highly recommend this place. The prices can't be beat and Jim was awesome!

I am VERY pleased! Not only is the customer service 10/10 but they DO NOT overprice on their mattresses! I had just got moved and was in between sleeping on the floor or finding a mattress that would fit in my car in a short amount of time! I had driven all around SC looking and finally came across mattress outlet the salesman was very polite and understanding of the situation and I was able to buy a queen size mattress at a reasonable price! As I said 10/10 would recommend and definitely will return for my next mattress again!

Jim was the associate who helped us and he was SUPER helpful. Asked us what we needed, listened, and then informed us of the sales that were going on (definitely ask , the prices listed on the mattresses here can be much lower if sales are going on). We were able to get an incredibly comfortable Full mattress (pocket coil) for $360 instead of the listed $800. Definitely the best place re: comfort/quality and prices of all the five places we visited. Highly recommended if you need a high quality, comfortable mattress that doesn't break the bank!

Highly recommend coming here, I literally went to rooms to go and Ashley’s and no one else can compare to the price, I got a hybrid temper pedicure mattress for $420! Brand new from the factory. Jim was so helpful, I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes and very happy with my purchase. Made my moving process so easy for me financially.

Good dude (cant remember the salesmans name) I wasnt gonna be able to get back to the store in time to pick up the set I bought and he made it convenient for me to pick it up after hours even called to check on me to make sure I was able to get it mattress is very comfortable dont hesitate to shop with them
