We were told at the store that someone would load and secure the mattress. They brought it to the edge of the dock, gave us sisal rope and went back in the warehouse.
The two people we talked to were nice.

Group of POS! Forever to get loaded... everytime when I went inside to ask what is going on, every time is other excuse... waiting in the label, PC don't work, something is wrong with forklift, brake... 9am appt, get here at 8:37am, now is 3pm and I'm not done... no restroom! Overnight available.

My Husband and I had a wonderful experience today. We were able to find the perfect mattress that fits our needs. Chandler was our assistant and he was very helpful. He explained all the different types of mattress they have and knew his job. But what we wanted was not in stock so we did drive to the ware house to pick up what we purchased for same day availability. Although the frame we ordered was not available Chandler made it right. We was able to get the zero gravity series i Bed frame at no extra cost. So if your looking for a new sleep comfort with good service I highly suggest you check out mattress firm!!

May I give 8 stars?!! Something has changed since I was there years back. The staff made the atmosphere alive and radiant. The food? Oh my, I did ot want to brush my teeth! I wanted to awake with the flavor! Thank you for the great experience!

Manager refuses to offload anyone before ten. He doesn't care how many are waiting. He disparages anyone who questions why or how much longer they may be waiting, even when the warehouse help are merely sitting around with obviously nothing to do.
