AMAZINGGGG SERVICE, I wish i could give more than 5 stars. The treatment here is immaculate. I have been dealing with this location since Laurens rd and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Latitia is amazing and so is Missy. Lily did good with all needed and the team is great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!Terrible customer service, and unprofessional staff.I took in 3 coats and they damaged one of them, the store manager told me that he will not pay for my jacket, and that he din't care if I wrote a review on him. So, here it is.Masters Mark store on Haywood road is the worst experience that I've had, DO NOT DO IT. They do not care about the costumer, and if they damage something, they will say it wasn't their fault and leave you hanging.3 years later, still the absolute worst costumer service and unprofessional service I have ever experienced.Service: Leather & suede cleaning

I have been a customer of Master's Mark for over 12 years. I have used different locations based upon what was most convenient to my office at the time. The location on Haywood Rd. is hands down the friendliest and most professional location I have used. I would recommend them to anyone - and suggest they join the gold bag plan to save money!

I've been coming here for three years. The people that used to work here where awesome they would know your name before you even pulled up. But the young lady they have working now. Should not be working with customers. Will not be back here she's very rude short and unfriendly. Sad because I really like it here.

The haywood road store was fast & friendly! Lateisha & Tonya were super accommodating of me going out of town & fitting me into their busy schedule! Check in & check out was nice & efficient! Not to mention my blazers were cleaned and pressed to perfection! I am now relaxed & confident traveling as they helped my outfit come together in such short notice! I will definitely be back!
