We were on vacation in SC and our phone broke. We called Master Fix seeing as they had great reviews. The guys met us at a smoothie bar and with in minutes had the phone fixed. They did a great job. Their customer service is great, they made sure to check up in us the next day to make sure that everything was still working fine with the phone screen. Would highly recommend Master Fix services!

Went in with cracked gorilla glass on my phone and the guy had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. Very nice guy and gave a discount for review as well. Much cheaper than competitors online! Thank you again!

Had to leave in a day so they overnighted my battery replacement. The guy working my phone was super meticulous. It's been a week and the battery is working well, it was not charging easily before replacement. Only thing is my phone has restarted 2x upon initial use in the past week but otherwise no issues and I don't think it's anything that could have been done better, maybe just a new battery thing that will go away with time. Still, would definitely recommend this place. EDIT: Price was great. Quick responses. And again my compliments to the technician.

I’ve had a Great experience here. The customer service was off of the charts. They also gave me free temper glass just for being patient while my phone was getting fixed. I highly recommend. These guys are Top tier!!!

Left my phone brand new! My friend’s sister recommended me to this place and they fixed my very broken iPhone in less than 15 minutes, not only was the service very quick and affordable, but he was very friendly as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

This was the best experience I've had at a phone repair place. Great price and even better service. My phone screen was fixed in no time. The guy even offered a free tempered glass protector for the wait I had (which I didn't think was long at all!). If I ever need another screen replaced, this will be my go-to! Thanks for the amazing service!

After being jerked around by a chain repair place, we called Master Fix an hour and a half before they closed. Not only did they have my part whereas other companies had to order it, they welcomed me to go ahead and come, even with not much time to spare. They replaced my phone screen in less than an hour, and for $30 less than the rude chain situation had quoted. I hope I never need them again myself but I will recommend them to anyone! Courteous service and great experience! Thank you!
