Absolute worst service ever! Brought back a shirt I bought last week that had dye on the back of the neck that I didn’t notice until I got home, the dye came from the security tags being taken off improperly. I brought the shirt back with tags and receipt as any Normal person would and while the associate was in the process of returning it, the manger walks by her and Snatches the shirt and rudely puts in front of me and tells me they aren’t taking it back. She said it was damaged from the security tag and accused me of stealing it. She said that’s the only
Way there could be ink on the the shirt. I have the receipts and tags in hand and she accused of me stealing it. She then argued with me when i told her I brought it back like I was supposed to when I noticed the stain, and she said they would never let that leave the store and that only happens if someone rips the tags off. It was embarrassing and absolutely trashy and unethical. The first associate then started chiming in that I should have brought it back when I saw the defect, WHICH I was doing. That’s crooked and criminal like how they took advantage of me and then made me and then Gas Lighted me while i was there. Definitely won’t be going back and don’t suggest anyone else ever does! Absolute worst experience and customer service I’ve seen.

Don't shop here. They are rude and inconsiderate. The store is completely unorganized and the management is the worst I've ever seen. Just go to hobby lobby... They are much better

Great stuff but the line was wrapped around the store so it wasn't worth the wait. Also a worker practically pushed me and my mom out of the way to stock a shelf while we were trying to shop on that aisle.

I can't complain about this store. They have a wide variety of things to offer and a very nice selection. The cashiers didn't seem the happiest, but everyone should be able to have a bad day. They still did their job and did it well. Keep up the good work!!

This place gets hit fairly hard on a daily basis, yet they stay well stocked and amazingly organized. When you consider that customers are ransacking this place constantly, I am amazed how they keep the pillows by colors. It's such a great place to probably find exactly what you're looking for and those treasures you didn't even realize you needed

The place is massive. There’s so much that it’s overwhelming. Isles are small and you have to wait your turn to look. We won’t be going back just due to the sheer volume. Went on a Monday in June mid day.
