Their website says "we sell murphy beds" so we walk in and were completely ignored, the owner walked by twice and didnt seem to care. Finally got his attention and he said "Nobody sells Murphy beds anymore". I was frustrated that we wasted our time on this dump. So the owner says "dont blame me because our website isn't updated". The guy is a real jerk and a liar. Spend your money elsewhere.
Update: The original condesending response from the owner was edited and they changed the reference to murphy beds on their site then repond that they dont see anything, just one more decitefull way this terrible business works.

Lots of good selection. They have legacy pieces that you can pass down, and then they also have inexpensive starter pieces to outfit a baby's first bedroom with. Very impressed with the staff. Good service for sure! Sweet, kind, helpful, but in no way pushy or following you around. Loved my experience!

Nice furniture, but didn't have the much of a selection of recliners. I have no idea of the cost of anything because I didn't ask since I didn't see a comfortable recliner.

Great place to buy reasonably priced furniture. Have bought furniture from here in the past. Brianna was once again cordial and very helpful in addressing and fulfilling our search for the right sectional for our living room.

I paid for a sofa, and sofa table. The day before it was supposed to be delivered i was told that the table was discontinued. When i ask for a refund for the table i was told I could not get a refund even though i never received what i paid for. Then after being lied to and stolen from my delivery was canceled entirely. I was told i could pick the couches up or they would just keep that money also.

After waiting 4 months for furniture!!!! The patio set that was a small portion of a large order was delivered with 2 damaged pieces. Immediately notified them of damage and was told that this would be corrected. Well that was in March. After making numerous call to check and being told they were awaiting parts from the supplier. Nothing has been done!! Well it has now gotten to the point they will not answer my calls and will not return calls after leaving them numerous messages. To add the ultimate insult to injury I was told by the owner when I went to their warehouse to pick up some additional furniture that he was aware of the damage when he received it and when he put it together, So he just shipped it anyway and had no intentions of informing me of the damage. As they currently have no store front due to a fire and I am not sure if they will ever reopen I get stuck with damage merchandise. If they do reopen definitely don't waste your time and money as they may seem like they have your best interest in mind. They really don't care and are experts at lip service!!

We purchased a coffee table and a pair of side tables from here. All of it came in good condition. They also helped load it into my vehicle. And they give military discount!

We ordered our bedroom set last year, the woman who helped us made the process simple and painless. We got our furniture set (5 pieces) within 6 months or so, but unfortunately one of the dressers got damaged in transit.We had to wait a few more months to get another one since the warehouse was out of stock (understandable that’s just kind of how things are right now) and they were SUPER attentive to giving us updates as they had them available. We got our new dresser delivered today and it’s perfect!

First of all, if you haven’t visited this place in your search of furniture, then you’re really doing yourself a disservice. I’m not going to knock any of the other furniture stores in the upstate (even though I could) but the ladies of Marked Down Furniture should win an award for the customer service you get when you sit down to pick out fabrics and settle on the furniture you’re getting. Did I mention their prices are also better than the stores around them? Ok, so the store is smaller than other places, if you know what you want, go in and see if they don’t beat the price for the same piece as the other stores. I also forgot to mention the store is run by a beautiful young woman who has other beauties working for her, nice touch! Seriously, I was greeted today on my pickup day by Mr and was treated as if I had just spent $10k and not the $500 I just did. This isn’t our first purchase and won’t be our last. We have told our friends also who did spend quite a few more thousands than we did, they are happy as well. Great job ladies!

I visited this store a couple weeks ago and was given a quote on a new couch. Unfortunately it was too high for my budget, so I continued to scour the area for something that was closer to my price range. After looking at many, many stores, and visiting several online sites, I went back to a few of them to look again. My hope was to find a red couch, with firm cushions for better upright seating, and no loose pillows for the back of the seat. I almost "settled" for one that really was not what I wanted, but I had looked so much that I was discouraged and didn't think I'd find what I wanted. Before I decided to settle for the one I really wasn't in love with, I went back to Marked Down Furniture to have another look and to see if they could find something for me that was closer to my budget. Briana spent a good deal of time narrowing down pricing, colors, fabrics, etc and I finally decided on a customized couch in a beautiful red fabric (that will be dog-friendly, as well), was able to select firm cushions, and I customized the two throw pillows to go with the couch. Yes, I will have to wait a few months for it, but it will be exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased that Briana was able to work with my needs and my budget to give me exactly what I wanted. I felt she went above and beyond the service and personal attention I found at any other area store. Not once did I feel I was being rushed, or that I was a nuisance. Thank you very much Briana! Your service was second to none.

Great customer service from the second we walked in. Mark and Cason answered any and all questions we had. What they did not have on the floor, they had a catalog for and were super informed on the products. Great experience, and will be back
