bad customer service was told to go fetch tags out of trash after trying to return pants with receipt but was told a policy about tags that is not posted in the store?? didn't even want too continue with the return just threw the pants away.

Worst customer service the manager lady with the glasses charges my card it said it approved then she swears up and down that it didnt go threw when i called my bank and checked on my app and it said it went threw then she takes my card and then try and charge it 2 more times so i just go and get another card to pay for it when i came back in the store i hear her talking to other customers saying im broke out shopping like im rich and etc she was very disrespectful and unprofessional needs to be fired i wont be coming back here ever

Showed up to store at 11:30 before they opened and it is still not open and the website says 12. That s bad business! There clothes are great tho.

Got a shirt for vacay.... getting dresses I notice the brand new shirt had a 3 inch hole in the side of the shirt.... couldn't return bc I took tags off before I put it on...waste of $22.

It's cool, too many oversized items. Not great customer service they dont say anything to you at all. Then when you get to counter to check out. They still don't say hey, or was everything ok, thank you for shopping...nothing...l

I was a good customer here at Macy's Store @ Greenville SC and spent thousand and thousands of dollars now they cut me off because I was late on a payment. But I paid my balance in full. I didn't owed money in this company at all. When I went to store and buy a watch sales lady asked me for Macy's card and my Macy's denied and I was shock and didn't expect because I paid in full my balance. Anyway I still bought the watch paid cash. What a Very embarrassing ... I thought I still had my card but they closed my account after I paid in full that's not right at all. Anyway interest was way too high. They can keep it . Thank You Macy's I love your store and I still shopping in your store this days. I am glad I don't have Macy's card
