Terrible customer service. Especially the paint counter in the evening. The most unhelpful person there I've ever met. Didn't even buy any of the paint because I received no help. Save yourself time and go somewhere else

I went there to buy my mom a new element for her oven, but they do not sell parts, but the lady gave me the name and number of someone who did. Which was a great help. UPDATE: it's 1/17/24 today, I went there last week to get some wood ,to build a shelf in my kitchen, after I decided which wood I wanted , I asked a guy ,who was cleaning the floor, who do i talk to about getting my wood cut, he informed me that the machine was broken. So 2 days later I called and the person told me it was still broken. This is the closest location to me, I live between woodruff and Greenville, so ended up having to get the wood from the greer location. When I'm off, I have to get as much done as possible, and not being able to get my wood, was a big inconvenience.

Ridiculous service. Purchased a dishwasher online during the thanksgiving sale. Was scheduled for delivery on Dec 11th. Got a call on the evening of the 10th saying they don’t have room. I just found out they didn’t even have it. He said he could try to find a truck to get it on. I said I need a guaranteed date of delivery because I was going to have to miss work. He said then we’ll schedule it for Tuesday. So I miss work again on Tuesday because I had already scheduled Monday off. Called them this morning and it’s still not on a truck and the service rep said it just got to the warehouse yesterday(11th). Also if you call and can’t get a rep because you sit on hold just choose the option as a store calling. They’ll pick right up. Due to these issue I’ve closed my Lowe’s credit card as well.

Mr. Hozefa made me feel very uncomfortable. He kept following me around the store and eyeing me down like I was trying to steal something. Can’t even shop for Christmas gifts in peace without the company bootlicker trying to get a pat on the back from the boss!

**Negative Review of Lowe's for Not Honoring Craftsman Tool Warranty**I am extremely disappointed with Lowe's for not honoring the Craftsman tool warranty. I have been a loyal Craftsman customer for many years, and I have always been impressed with the quality of their tools. However, when I recently tried to replace a missingCraftsman tool at Lowe's, I was told that they would not honor the warranty because the tool was not purchased at their store.This is completely unacceptable. The Craftsman lifetime warranty is a key selling point of the brand, and it is something that I have always relied on. I am not the only customer who has had this experience. I have read many other complaints online from people who have been unable to get Lowe's to honor the Craftsman tool warranty.I am very frustrated with the way Lowe's is handling this situation. They are essentially selling Craftsman tools under false pretenses. If they are not going to honor the warranty, then they should not sell the tools at all.I urge everyone to boycott Lowe's until they start honoring the Craftsman tool warranty. There are many other retailers that sell Craftsman tools, and I recommend shopping elsewhere.**Rating: 1 star**

I wanted to buy two towel holders for my showers double doors. I was told that Lowes does not sell those. I can get those only on new shower doors. Something is wrong to want towel bars and have to buy the whole doors!!!

Les in Hardware was excellent. He took one look at my furniture hole and identified what size of screw I needed. He helped me both times I came in. Because of his professional and efficient help, I was in and out in 5 mins. That's what I like and want in a store. That's why I patronize Lowes over Home Depot. I can never find anyone to help me at Home Depot. Great Job Les!!!

The customer service at this location is top tier! I especially came to brag about Renard in the wood section. I came in pretty late in the evening, not expecting to receive service. He was able to listen to me, uncover my needs, and help me to obtain the pieces of wood I need to build my shelf. I would have been lost without his guidance! Thank you Renard and the entire Lowe's team!

I am very delayed on writing this review. I came to this Lowe’s location and need assistance. A gentleman by the name of Michael Cole went above and beyond to help me, and also he is very knowledgeable. Hoping he is still with the company and at this location, as he is truly an asset to Lowe’s and should be complimented on his abilities, efforts and customer service. Thanks Michael!

I bought a Highpoint deep freezer. It took 2 and a half weeks for delivery, a week longer than I was told. It also didn't have the leveler feet that come with it and I can't even buy them from Lowes as they don't carry them. It took o er an hour on hold for them to tell me to fi d them on my own

Update 8/18/23. Dropped two stars for the most useless employee interaction. Went to buy a chest freezer. Website/app showed 3 in stock. I get there and the employee with the missing patches of hair that looks like Michael Myers in the appliance department flippantly tells me they're out. I asked about the website, again, tells me it's nothis problem or responsibility. Ok, can you find a store in the area that has one in stock? Sure, and he hands me a piece of paper with the worst handwriting that I can't even read and basically tells me to call around?!? My wife and I spend THOUSANDS here annually. I went to the front and the assistant store manager went to receiving, found the chest freezer and brought it up front. Honestly, folks, go to Best Buy for appliances. They will price match ANYTHING Lowe's has and they treat you with respect and as a valued customer.This is as much a review for the store, and in particular Mark who assisted me today with a Kobalt mower warranty exchange as it is for Lowes' Kobalt brand. First of all, Kobalt. Unless there's a specialty tool I need that they don't make, this is all I buy. Hands-down, they can't be beat on price, quality and warranty. Next, my 40V Kobalt outdoor equipment is the best I've owned. I have the trimmer, blower, hedge trimmer and the 20 inch self-propelled mower. Unfortunately, the mower's self propelled function stopped suddenly yesterday (2nd season). One call to Kobalt warranty and within 10 minutes I had an RA authorization to take to my local store and exchange. Not wait for a refurb unit to be shipped, parts, etc, etc. Literally take the old one in and walk out with a brand new one in a box. Mark, at the front desk made the process even more pleasant. He's a wonderful guy and employee. I hope someone at the store level sees this and can recognize him.
