To make a long story short, employees in the garden area couldn't be bothered to help me with paver stones, I parked in the emergency lane and was there just long enough to load the pavers, that I carried to the checkout line, (no buggies) into my car when I was told that the store manager had called and said I couldn't park there. Well if Mr smart Alec had offered to help me, I wouldn't be complaining. By the way I went back to get more pavers and there was cars parked there.

Very helpful staff. Xavier and Jacob had to do a lot of running around and blocking off an area in order to get something for me off the top shelf with the forklift but did it all with smiles and friendliness.

I use this Lowes because it's close my job and I occasionally need supplies to do maintenence projects. It's real hit or miss if you need help finding things, or have questions about products. You might get someone who can actually tie there own shoes, but more often then not your gonna be more confused or frustrated then you were before you asked for assistance.

Don’t order online for pickup, especially if you need it same day for a job. What I thought would be a convenient service definitely is not took them 5 hours just to prepare a small simple order and then you’re forced to just wait until it’s picked if you order online another day added to the job. Smh

The WORST customer service EVER!! DO NOT use cubside pickup!! I waited for 20 mins after checking in on the app, then went in and they were clueless about the checkin. No apologies or anything. I'll take my business elsewhere for now on.

Can find material & short on help. Material shows in the computer but not on the shelf. Pro desk is not staffed late enough or on Saturdays when contractors have time to shop.
