Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Greenville, SC Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The staff can be very helpful and friendly, with employees willing to run around and use equipment like a forklift to assist customers. Some customers are thankful for help finding exact item locations. However, it can be hit or miss to find help or get clear answers, sometimes leaving customers more confused. The store can be short on help, with items showing in the computer but not on the shelf. Issues like closed self-checkout registers and limited Pro desk hours on evenings and Saturdays can be frustrating.
Breanna, Tools Supervisor, was super helpful - she got my daughter set up with her first Craftsman drill (on sale) and bits. Really big, clean store with a beautiful garden section and friendly, knowledgeable employees. I'll be back!
