I love this Lowe’s , the workers there are the best helpers. Pam is super nice . I highly recommend this Lowe’s . I bought blinds there she help super fast and helped me find what I needed.

Nuts and bolts section is shameful and atrocious. Actual stock never matches inventory. Wastes hours of my time.

Shout out to Yvonne at this stores customer service. A great employee! The Taylors store refused to apply at $40 credit that I had received at this store location last fall. I went directly to cs and Yvonne reviewed the transaction, had me shop and bring the items back to her, and she applied the credit. She made this an easy interaction.

Customer service was great. I went in for custom blinds, and the employee went above and beyond. I also stopped to look at flowers and plants, and customer service was fantastic. They had a lot of options in the lawn and garden.

I have spent 40 minutes in the store and I have yet to have any employee check me out yet they can stand around and run their mouths.

I prefer Lowe’s instead of Home Depot. This store is conveniently located. Inventory is good but prices TOO HIGH.

Love the guy named Phil. He was so awesome, smart, and helpful. He helped me save my weedeater. My friend put the wrong type of fuel in it and he knew how to save it. Awesome work! Now!!! I always ask where is Mr. Phil. Because I know the information is correct.

Some employees here need to be sent to the lowes in Greer to learn how to treat a customer with respect especially a pro that goes in everyday and even had his work shirt. I send thousands at lowes
