A year ago, I made the mistake of buying a Sactional, and I absolutely regret it. It was a complete nightmare to put together, taking me two whole days to assemble it all by myself. Despite researching for six months before making the purchase, I ended up with an uncomfortable and unwieldy piece of furniture. I have a washable rug under part of it because of my dogs, and it needs frequent washing. Every time I have to maneuver the rug under the couch, it's an ordeal that makes me want to cry. I even stopped hanging out in the den for a while because the Sactional is so uncomfortable. Although I've started using the den again, the couch is still unbearable. I really wish I could get a new couch.

I reached out to lovesac in the Haywood Mall (Greenville, SC) for more information about their sacs due to the website being down for days and their store was closed due to covid-19. I'm unsure if they're still closed.I was contacted either the next day or the day after via text, and when I asked about pricing I was ghosted. They're getting two stars because their sacs are comfy, but their communication skills are poor.

Lisa was so knowledgeable and delightful to work with. No pressure. We went in just to look but there was a good sale ending that day and we decided to take advantage of it. We bought a sectional, love sac and pillows. They haven’t arrived yet. But our experience in the store was excellent.

We worked with two different sales representatives. They were both very helpful. I also received a shipping notification the same day I ordered! I can’t wait to receive my new sactional!

This is not something you want to do EVER. Putting this couch together is a nightmare. It took three of us 5 hours to do it and we couldn’t move our hands when we were done. I wished I had bought a couch that had been delivered assembled. It is not easy!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure at all to make a purchase! Despite the multiple questions I asked not only in store, but through e-mail as well, no one ever seemed to get annoyed! 100% recommend signing up for e-mail notifications when sales are about to happen!

Wow… just wow! Not only is the Love Sac sofa beautiful, but it is made very well and easy to assemble. I recommend watching the videos that they send you. Once we got started, it was smooth sailing. We got the 6seat/5back and sides…this thing is massive and so comfy. Thank you Love Sac…The Posey’s.
