What a beautiful store. It such a shame it is staffed by an unwelcoming and rude team. I was shopping with my family and walked in with my 5 year old. They barely said anything and looked at me like I brought a bug into their pristine store. We left. I can shop Lilly, VV, and STS another way.

Pink Bee GVL is my GO TO for any outfit for an event! Their selection is vast and the customer service is unmatched! Every single time I walk into Pink Bee, I am greeted with a smile and welcomed by each employee who is not already helping a customer. They are always happy to help style an outfit for any occasion! I absolutely love Pink Bee and will continue to shop there for their wonderful selection of Lilly and more, as well as to be treated so wonderfully by employees every time I visit!

Walked into their store yesterday and was immediately turned off. We were one of three people there at the time. Not one single associate greeted us. There was no smile or anything.The one young associate who finally spoke to us after more people walked in was not knowledgeable of inventory nor was she confident in the collections of Lilly in store.I was very impressed with their selection and the variety of options. However, their lack of customer service and treating guest in the true Lilly way made us walk out.I was dressed in all Lilly as well. They could have easily seen that and used that as a talking point.Hate this is what our experience was as my boyfriend was very excited to treat me to a Lilly shopping spree.I only give them two stars for their variety of Lilly in store and the beautiful set up.

Pink Bee is my go to spot for all things Lilly! They also carry this amazing brand called Smith & Quinn. Leigh Ann and her team go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for! The best customer service and experience you will find in a local boutique!

The Pink Bee in Greenville, SC is such a lovely shop. All the staff are extremely helpful. They have provided great customer service for me via email, social media messaging, phone calls and of course while I shopping in the store. I tend to shop more online and either pick-up or have my husband pick up when in Greenville but have recently taken advantage of their free shipping. Their rewards program is an added bonus! I have recently become obsessed with Lilly Pulitzer. They have a great selection of Lilly, and they honor the same Gift with Purchase specials that the Lilly website offers. I purchased several items (dress, hat, and bag) in the Greenville print in Lilly and absolutely love it! I did have to size down in the dress, so luckily, I shopped in the store instead of online that day. I told my neighbors about it, and they also purchased some Greenville print items. The Pink Bee also has another line that has a Greenville print that is not Lilly Pulitzer. I bought the skort and absolutely love it! And I don't even live in Greenville! Great place to shop!

Poor customer service, employees don’t pay much attention to you, don’t know if because I’m not so young and they think I don’t like to look nice too, I asked about the military discount I was treated very rude. I regret buying what I did because of the treatment

The Pink Bee is SUCH a wonderful place to shop! I have been to numerous Signature stores throughout the United States and Pink Bee is by far the best. Each customer is greeted with kindness and hospitality. My mother is a breast cancer survivor and each year the Pink Bee sends me the October Breast Cancer collection to look through because they know how near and dear it is to my heart. They genuinely get to know their customers and care. Moreover, they have an incredible selection!! I will be a Pink Bee shopper for life!

It is always a pleasure shopping at Pink Bee!! I have been a 25+ year customer.The owner, Leigh Ann, and the girls, especially Babs, are the best! The store is welcoming and they are always ready to help! They take good care of me and every time I have my purchases mailed, it is always perfect!No other Lilly Pulitzer store employees knows their products more than these ladies! Babs knows EVERY pattern, current and past!??

Ordered a beautiful dress online. They wadded the dress up and shoved it in a small package. The dress arrived with a million wrinkles. I was disappointed that so little care was taken to package a full price beautiful dress. When I called the store manager argued this is how they shop. Poor customer service, lack of professionalism! I wouldNot recommend Orr anything online or to be shipped.

I’ve shopped there a couple times and their selection is great but the employees don’t pay that much attention to you. They are always behind the register talking to each other. They don’t try to connect with the customer. They just open up a fitting room for you and check you out. It’s not a personal experience. When I was checking out the girl who checked me out just wrapped my stuff up and told me how much it was and sent me on my way. If there was a lilly pulitzer store near me I’d go there instead in a heartbeat.

Extraordinarily fine shop! Greatest owner always welcoming. The store is beautiful. The staff works very hard and conveys a sincere interest in the customers…Definitely will go back and support this fabulous shoppe!!!
