They keep inconvenient hours, like every other laundromat, but it is not very well maintained. I usually take laundry on trips to Carmi or Evansville, but sometimes I can't avoid coming here. Today the machine took several more quarters than it should. After 6 quarters, it started counting every other quarter. At least that's when I noticed. Coin return worked once. I did finally get it to start, but I think it took about $1.50 more than it should. I think I'm going to start washing clothes in my bathtub.

*squeeeeeek* FINALLY found a drycleaners that does an amazing personalized job. They are super caring and very honest. It is tough finding a place that expands services for a variety of women's styles and materials with personal touches (specific creasing, starching etc). Very reasonable pricing too! YAY ?

Eye have been taking my cleaning here for many many years but I'm feeling a certain kind of way now, eye took a brand new pair of white pants just 2 have the crease pressed out it was over $9 dollars that is a bit extreme!!! I will be look 4 another cleaners ASAP but until eye find another, eye will continue 2 take some of my clothes there not all. They do good work. That's my view!!!

I brought in some shorts to have a button sewn on. They don’t do that but the woman at the front desk took the time to walk me to the place next door, Reems, that does alterations.Also when she thought i was getting dry cleaning she warned me that they were very busy and it would be a few days in case i was in a hurry.Nice, honest service.

I would like to say thank you again to the staff at Lafayette cleaners! My Grandmother passed away and I went in on Wednesday morning with my Grandmother's dress that she requested to be buried in. It has to be 20/25 years old and had a few stains and looked kind of "dingy" after all these years but it was special to her and her wish to be buried in. On a short notice, because the mortuary needed it by 12. I had my doubts I could be able to have it done that soon. This staff was very considerate. They had it finished in just a couple hrs, as I had asked and it looked BEAUTIFUL! To some its just a "dress" but to our family it meant the world to us, to be able to fulfill her wishes with her beautiful dress looking brand new with the help of this staff! Thank you all so much!!! Our family will forever be grateful!! ❤
