Spent $1,150 on a Randell Wall Recliner. Less than a year later the cushion lost all support. The chair is like sitting on a park bench. LZB sent a tech to install a 3/4 inch piece of foam under the seat between the spring and the cushion compartment. Made zero difference. Website says 3 Year Warranty on Cushion. They say it is up to their standard so they will do nothing. The Tech did not sit in the chair before or after he put the foam under the chair (not even in the cushion compartment). If I wanted to sit on a wooden bench I would have bought one. ZERO Stars if it was available. Sad to have no support for a major purchase. Our last. Buyer beware. Good store experience as long as you're spending $$. Go back and they just help you back out the front door with a good ole fashioned "nothing we can do here." Bad warranty support and customer service is a smoke screen.

They were very accommodating and even came to our house with their designer to help us put together our new living room! It was delivered as promised and looks great. Quality is excellent, as one would expect from Lazy Boy.

We would offer five stars for sales and design services - both were excellent & we couldn't be happier. But then there's service, where we would give less than one star for the reporting process and the difficulties speaking with someone following the company's decision not to service our furniture. BUYER BEWARE. If you are considering buying the CORY OTTOMAN, ours has puckered stitching on the corners and the short ends. On our PIPER QUEEN SLEEP SOFA, the cushions are incorrectly sized and do not fit the bench properly. We requested service on both but have been dissatisfied with the process. So, again, buyer beware. The pieces we purchased have sloppy craftsmanship. La-Z-Boy boasts about its customer care service; however, we have yet to be convinced.

So far we have been pleased with the process. We purchased a new home and needed a Living Room set. We were overwhelmed by the process and had been to 2 stores before. We hadn't found exactly what we were looking for in our space. But La-Z-Boy went over and beyond to show us what it would look like in our space with a 3D model. Of course I'm a little sad about the turnaround because I'm excited to have them now, but for custom made, it is pretty quick!

We couldn’t be more pleased from walking in to check out comfort in a reclining couch to walking out 3 hours later with 3 beautifully designed room solutions! Marlene greeted us immediately and started listening to our story. She realized that she could help with more than just a chair and couch and introduced us to an interior designer, Ruth Ellen. We didn’t even know that this service was provided at La-Z-Boy! She started laying things out and sharing options for our space and preferred colors and furniture and we were totally amazed! Thank you so much for the great support and services to partner with your wonderful products that we’ve had in our homes for decades! ❤️

Our sofa was supposed to be Tempur-pedic cushions and sure doesn’t feel like it. The chaise part does but the other 2 cushions you sink in.
We are trying to get a service appointment and I signed up as they instructed me but cannot get back into the website. ??♀️ to make a service appointment.
We need to get this solved asap.
Also, this may happen: the swatch color you pick may come in a slightly different shade of it; whether lighter or darker or even a different hue. That’s what happened to us. My husband’s recliner material color is called mocha. It’s more like matcha. There’s a green hue to it.
One last thing, the throw pillows, we paid extra for to match recliner, are not fully stuffed fully. Hanging material around edges of pillows.
