Strongly advise and warn others who deal with this dealership. We contacted them on Thursday evening regarding a vehicle listed. They advised that it had been sent to auction to sell the next day but that they would pull it off auction. The next morning they contacted us, confirmed the vehicle had been pulled off the auction. We began negotiating and received two written offers (one without trade-in and one with trade-in value for our vehicle) after spending four hours negotiating. As we were signing the offer we were advised that the vehicle had sold at the auction. How is it possible to advise customers and your employees that a vehicle has been pulled from the auction, allow four hours of everyone's time to be spent, to essentially close a deal with a customer, to only then sell that same vehicle at auction? It's because they LIED! The manager actually said to us "oh well!" Disappointed in this business and their business practices as well as treatment of employees who were working hard on a sale. Be forewarned and stay away from this dealership!

Called them up for a quote on an oil change for my 2019 Grand Sport. Trent was extremely helpful with scheduling my appointment. I was able to drop the car off over night for the appointment the next day. They covered my seat and steering wheel in protective plastic before getting in to move it. They called me an Uber to get me back to my place after I dropped the car off and called me the next day when it was ready. Trent also scheduled me an Uber to get me back to the dealership after I got done with work. The pricing was reasonable. The only room for improvement would be they forgot to reset the service oil message on my dash and also left a tiny bit of grease on the driver door handle. I can't fault them for those things, as it's just a part of the process. I checked over their work and made sure the oil was up to the correct level on the dip stick. Everything checked out. Overall a pleasant experience.
