Kash and Karry Pharmacy is the best!! It outshines by far better known pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, Publix. Kevin and Hannah greet you by name as soon as you enter the store and the entire staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable! Quick service and easy parking are a plus.

I went by today looking for a specific bandage for my mother. Unfortunately they did not have the size. The Pharmacist came out and helped me, offered alternative places that might have it. The concern and kindness in trying to help was greatly appreciated. If I lived on that side of town, they would be my pharmacy!

I absolutely adore this pharmacy. Kevin and the staff literally know every customers name and face if you've been there more than twice.I've been with this pharmacy for 17 years and I love the fact that Kevin and Hannah know my allergies without ever looking at my chart. That is extremely helpful when a new prescription comes over their desk. I refuse to go to the big box pharmacies because it is so impersonal unlike Cash & Carry pharmacy that makes you feel like an old family friend.

Kevin has been my pharmacist for 25 plus years. They make you feel like family. They explain things you need to know and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Will never go anywhere else!

I love this pharmacy! I have been a customer for over 20 years . I met the first two pharmacist when they first were Langwins Pharmacy on Buncombe Rd. in 1996 . Then the first Kash and Karry Pharmacy at Mulberry Square. Now at their location on Pete Hollis the employees are so very friendly and remember your name & they are always so courteous and helpful. It's always been a smaller cozier type of pharmacy.

I had heard about this pharmacy for YEARS from my neighbors. When our long time pharmacy closed we decided to stop in and see about changing our prescriptions to this location. All the rave comments I had heard were true! Friendly staff...most accommodating and patient. Clean and neat premises. Plenty of free parking which is quite a commodity in downtown Greenville. And all the OTC items you might want...pain relief, vitamins, toiletries, cosmetics and more. The prices seemed comparable to the same items elsewhere. We're SOLD and shall now be regulars at Kash and Karry! Plus they had Tootsie Pops at the check out and a cherry one called my name.
